The Rancher and the Ranch! It seemed to have forgotten its situation, and its tone once again carried that lofty mockery.

Lin Ming's gaze turned cold. He pushed the Asura Spear forward another half inch, its tip nearly piercing the Rat Queen's eye.

It took a deep breath. A mixture of fear and twisted "reverence" appeared in its single eye as it slowly said:

"Our Mutated Beast race has always held an... overwhelming advantage over you humans."

"Whether in numbers, individual strength, evolutionary speed, environmental adaptability, or... hidden top-tier powers, we far surpass humanity."

"The reason you have been able to survive and build these laughable base cities is not because we cannot destroy you, but because..."

The Rat Queen's thoughts turned cold and cruel.

"That's right, raise you." The Rat Queen seemed pleased by their reaction, a flicker of satisfaction flashing through its lone eye before fear swiftly replaced it. It hurriedly explained,

"Just as you humans pen up pigs, cattle, and sheep, slaughtering them regularly for meat, the upper echelons of the Mutated Beasts... or rather, the true 'Emperors' and 'Sovereigns' made a decision three hundred years ago. They would leave humanity alive, allowing you to reproduce, develop, create resources, and build civilization."
