Ash nodded excitedly, a smile of anticipation on his face as he came to sit across from Lu Ze, ready to learn from Lu Ze's training plan.
Some of his Pokémon followed paths similar to some of Lu Ze's Pokémon.
For example, his Froakie, Lu Ze's Iron Valiant, and Ceruledge all followed fairly similar paths.
But just as Ash sat down, the ceiling lights flickered twice before going completely dark.
"Hey, what happened?"
Ash looked up at the light bulb, and Lu Ze did the same.
"Please remain calm, everyone."
Seeing the panicked Pokémon in the Pokémon Center, as well as her own Wigglytuff, Nurse Joy hurriedly spoke up.
"This isn't working either."
Nurse Joy looked at the computer screen and sighed helplessly.
"Did something happen, Nurse Joy?"
Ever helpful, Ash had already come before Nurse Joy and asked her.
"None of the equipment can be started." Nurse Joy frowned slightly.
"Maybe there's a problem with the main control system. Can you take me to the machine room?"
After Clemont spoke, Lu Ze froze for a moment.
But Lu Ze quickly understood that Clemont meant the main control system, not the computer's operating system.
"Of course."
After Nurse Joy nodded, she led Ash and the others toward the machine room.
But the moment the door opened, Clemont had already spotted the problem.
"Looks like rainwater leaked in and shorted out the machinery."
Water was leaking onto the main control machine, dripping onto it bit by bit. There was even a puddle on the floor, so the leak had clearly been there for quite some time.
"Can it be fixed?"
Seeing arcs of electricity flashing from the machine, Lu Ze took a step back and asked Clemont.
"Yes, there are still many Pokémon undergoing treatment." Nurse Joy also looked at Clemont
