It suddenly turned its head, its sharp eyes fixed on the bushes. From within the bushes, another humanoid shadow slowly emerged.
"What do you want with me? Sneaking around like this isn't very polite."
Lu Ba did not stop writing his report, but anyone could hear the threat in his voice.
"I came to borrow something."
The figure slowly approached Lu Ba.
"That's not the attitude you should have when borrowing something."
The figure placed one hand on Lu Ba's shoulder and leaned close to his ear as he asked,
"Then what attitude should I have when borrowing something?"
Slightly annoyed, Lu Ba slapped the figure's hand away.
"Wait until I finish this part, then I'll deal with you."
Light gradually fell across the figure's face, revealing his true appearance.
He was a middle-aged man in his thirties, with neat short hair and a faint layer of stubble on his chin.
He did not mind having his hand slapped away. Still smiling, he lowered his head, wanting to see what Lu Ba was writing.
The two sharply defined faces, illuminated by the light, made it impossible not to see them as a couple.

"Get lost. Can't you let me finish writing properly?"
Lu Ba glared at him irritably.
"Haha, who knows how long you'd take to finish? Isn't this the quickest way to snap you out of your writing mode?"
Lu Ba was a little germophobic and did not like others getting too close
