He had opponents like Rayquaza, Latios, and Deoxys.
Yet sometimes, he still felt alone, as if there were no others of his kind in this world.

In Mewtwo's eyes, Mew's soft and adorable personality made her more like a younger sister, by human standards.
Of course, that change in mindset had only come after he had lived with Lu Ze and the others for a while and developed human emotions.
Before that, his feelings toward Mew had been nothing more than a clone's jealousy and envy toward the original.

Dark Mewtwo had appeared.
Though the two of them were different, even their colors were different.
There was no denying that Dark Mewtwo was also Mewtwo.
They were both Mewtwo.
That meant he had a companion!
It was similar to the relationship between Lugia and Shadow Lugia, but also somewhat different.
