Changing adults' minds would take effort. There was no rush.

Once he or Jiri was strong enough to silence any dissent in the clan, it still wouldn't be too late to roll everything out.

"No problem. That's easy enough. I'll bring it to you later."

Uchiha Chisato had no objections, but she asked another question. "You seem to place a lot of importance on ideological education. Why is that?"

Xunjing thought for a moment, then mentioned the future Itachi and Shisui with a sigh. "If you knew what those two ended up doing, you'd understand."

"Simply put, laying a solid foundation for the clan's children while they're young is crucial."

"If we don't claim that ideological ground, Third Generation will use his warped Will of Fire to brainwash them."

"Then those brainwashed clan members will turn their blades on our own people."

Uchiha Chisato's expression darkened as she listened. "You're right. I really hadn't considered that before. Ideological education certainly isn't something we can neglect."

"Not just the children." Xunjing shook his head. "The adults can't be left out, either."

"The radicals in our clan today are all poison left behind by those old fossils from the Warring States Era."

"Those stubborn old fools taught them to be idiots who only know how to charge in blindly."

"They actually think our clan alone can take on the entire village head-on. Have they lost their minds?"

Even if they won the fight, they would still lose in the end.

As one of the two founding Ninja Clans of the village, why couldn't the Uchiha learn to gradually take back power?

Uchiha Chisato frowned after hearing him out. "You're right. But adults' beliefs are already set. Changing them won't be easy, and you need to keep that in mind."

"Yeah." Xunjing nodded casually. "I know. That's why I wasn't planning to start with the adults. We'll sort out the children first."

Next, Xunjing went over everything with Uchiha Chisato in detail: after-school tutoring, Genin improvement classes, Chunin training camps, Jonin discussion groups, and a more comprehensive system of rewards and punishments based on contributions to the clan.

He only stopped once they had settled everything.

"Oh, right!"

Just as Uchiha Chisato was about to leave, Xunjing called her back, looking a little embarrassed. "Mom, could you help me unlock some map locations?"

"At least unlock Jaya Island and Loguetown in the East Blue? That way, I can teleport there whenever I want later."

Under the Space-Time Gate's rules, once he or a bound member had visited a place, either he or any bound member could teleport there at any time.

He was still too weak, and exploring on his own would be too dangerous. He could only count on his mother.

Then again, he had already assigned her a mountain of work.

He was practically working his own mother like a pack mule.

"Unlock map locations? What does that mean?" Uchiha Chisato didn't understand.

"Huh? Didn't I tell you?" Xunjing asked.

Uchiha Chisato shook her head.

"Okay, my fault."

Xunjing slapped his forehead and quickly explained the Space-Time Gate's functions.

Uchiha Chisato understood immediately. "So that's how it works. Does that mean we can instantly travel to any place we've set foot in before?"

"In that case, if I wanted to go to the Sabaody Archipelago right now, I could get there with a single thought?"

"Does this ability work in the Ninja World too?"

Xunjing gave his mother a thumbs-up. "You've hit the nail on the head! That's right. Whether you want to go to the Sabaody Archipelago or return to the Ninja World, it all works."

That was just how overpowered his teleportation cheat was.

"Then that's wonderful!"

Once Uchiha Chisato had confirmed it, her eyes immediately lit up. "With this ability, getting around will be so much easier, whether we're in the Ninja World or the Pirate World!"

"In plenty of situations, this could serve as a lifesaving trump card, much like Flying Thunder God."

"It might even be more useful than Flying Thunder God."

After all, there was no need to set coordinates beforehand, and it barely cost anything to use.

They could teleport anywhere they had visited, which opened up all kinds of possibilities in combat.

"Uh... that's pretty much right!"

His mother's unusual angle caught Xunjing off guard. After thinking it over, he nodded.

"Then this is important. I'll take care of unlocking the map!"

"Loguetown and Jaya Island, right? Leave them to me! I'll set aside some time each day to get those two places covered!"

"But can you tell your mom why you picked those two places in particular?"

"What good stuff is hidden there?"

Uchiha Chisato readily agreed, then followed up with questions.

She was quite curious.

She knew her son never did things without a reason.

Xunjing smiled. "Loguetown is in the East Blue, and there are quite a few promising talents there worth keeping an eye on. Having access will make it easier to recruit them when I have time later."

"It's much easier to win those girls over while they're still young."

"Also, the dragon bone needed to make the Longevity Pill is in the East Blue."

"There's also a swordsmanship dojo in the East Blue that would be a good place for me to learn this world's swordsmanship."

"The dojo's master is a Great Swordsman. In the Pirate World, he's at least at the Admiral Candidate level."

"And it's easy to join. There aren't any strict requirements, as long as your background is clean."

The dragon bone could wait for now.

He had no intention of passing up Nami or Kuina.

He could even start winning over Zoro, Ace, Sabo, and Luffy, who would come to the East Blue in the future.

Given those four's personalities and potential, once he had built a strong enough relationship with them, they could all become capable subordinates in the future.

"Dragon bone and geniuses who haven't made their names yet? I see. That certainly makes it worth a trip."

Uchiha Chisato nodded calmly. "What about Jaya Island, then?"

Xunjing answered, "Jaya Island is connected to a legend about a Golden City."

"A Golden City?"

Uchiha Chisato raised her eyebrows slightly. "Treasure? That does sound interesting. If the clan wants to reform and grow stronger, we certainly can't do without money."

"The clan's finances are decent enough right now, but the reforms we've discussed will cost quite a bit down the line."

"So my little Xunjing wants to take some pressure off his mom by handling this? How thoughtful."

"Hehe!"

Xunjing scratched the back of his head and grinned. "That's right..."

Then he told his mother everything about Jaya Island and Sky Island.

He didn't even leave out the Rumble-Rumble Fruit on the Sky Island of Birka, which Enel had yet to eat.

"Gasp-"

After hearing him out, Uchiha Chisato couldn't help drawing in a sharp breath. She marveled, "I never imagined the Pirate World had wonders like these."

"A Knock Up Stream that can launch an entire island ten thousand meters into the sky."

"And the Milky Road that stays floating up there forever, not to mention Sky Island itself. It all makes me so curious, and I can't help wanting to go."

"I really want to see it with my own eyes soon."

Compared with those wonders, the Golden City was no longer quite so enticing.

"We'll get the chance."

Xunjing smiled and shook his head. "But we'll need to be able to fly. Otherwise, we can only gamble on riding the Knock Up Stream."

Just because Luffy and his crew had easily ridden the Knock Up Stream to the island didn't mean it was easy.

They were the protagonists, protected by plot armor.

Anyone else might not be guaranteed to die, but their chances of survival would still be slim.

By comparison, reaching Sky Island from High West in the West Blue would be a little more reliable.

Of course, the safest method would be to find the small Sky Island of Visalia and take one of their airships over.

Fortunately, there were ways to fly in the Ninja World.

"A way to fly..."

Uchiha Chisato considered it for a moment. "The Ninja World does have those. We don't even have to look far. Our Uchiha Clan's Susanoo can fly once it reaches its perfect form."

"Unfortunately, an ordinary Mangekyo Sharingan alone can't produce a Perfect Susanoo."

"At least, I can't do it yet."
