Ōnoki's and Rasa's expressions turned ugly at once.
After a moment of silence, they exchanged a glance and finally nodded. "Yes."
Ōnoki said, "Even then, Uchiha Xunjing could defeat me with ease. One strike of his Lightning Release wiped out over a thousand elite troops in the blink of an eye."
"Even a Jonin hit by that kind of Lightning Release wouldn't stand a chance of surviving."
"That's why we chose to surrender to him back then."
"But compared to a month ago, Uchiha Xunjing has grown stronger again."
"Not just a little stronger, either. He's at least several times stronger. It's simply incomprehensible."

Raikage, if you really want to take on Konoha, we'd be happy to watch.
After all, if a fight breaks out, it won't be our people dying.
If he could seize the opportunity to gain something, or discover that Konoha wasn't quite so powerful, he wouldn't mind lending a hand later.
