Luffy rushed to explain.

"We're going to beat up Crocodile. He used Dance Powder to harm the people."

Ace's expression instantly darkened. He recalled his old man's warning: Crocodile was not an easy opponent to deal with. "Don't worry, we're very strong."

Luffy said, patting his chest.

Seeing his younger brother's confident expression, Ace suddenly smiled. He stood up, flames dancing in his palm.

"True. You never brag. I still have a key to move, and that guy Teach might be hiding nearby."

"Is Teach a bad guy?"

Luffy tilted his head and asked curiously.

Luffy waved his hand.

He turned and leaped toward the distant dunes, leaving a red streak of flame through the twilight.

Only after Ace's figure vanished did Zoro suddenly blurt out, "That Fire Fist Ace really is your brother?"

Zoro seemed a beat slow at that moment. Even now, he wondered whether he was dreaming.

After all, Fire Fist Ace was already famous across the seas, and he was even the captain of Whitebeard's Second Division. "Yeah, he's really strong."

Luffy answered as though it were only natural. Sanji pinched himself, trying to confirm that he was not dreaming.
