Amid the roiling mist, dense swarms of enormous Guiche birds emerged as if pouring out of a hive—thousands upon thousands of them. A few even spread their wings wide enough to nearly shroud the heavens and blot out the sun, rising like great suns or stars.

Their power was unquestionably at the peak of the Celestial Immortal Realm.

What surprised Lu Ren was that the several Guiche birds at the Celestial Immortal level displayed not the slightest trace of reason in their eyes. There was only the bloodthirsty gaze of beasts and a greed for flesh and blood.

These things were qualified to enter the Celestial Immortal level too?!

Lu Ren could not help cursing. He had no idea what kind of damned road this was. Celestial Immortals outside were each more precious than the last, yet here, they were as common as vegetables sold on the street—piled up like mountains of cabbages at a market stall.

If this miniature universe were annihilated with her inside it, then even though it was a miniature universe, perhaps not even much larger than an atom, the spatial turbulence unleashed by its collapse would still shred her Spirit Soul to nothing.
