Huo Shaoshan, meanwhile, stood beside Jin An with a bewildered look on his face.

In all his life, he had never experienced anything this thrilling. He had actually followed someone with no weapons at all, and the two of them had stormed a pirate den.

"You're too noisy..." Jin An's lips moved slightly, his indifferent voice pronouncing the pirates' deaths.

With a creak, the tightly shut door was shoved open, and a man carrying a spiked club walked out.

"You've successfully made me angry!"

Belial, captain of the Crocodile Overlord Pirates, stared fixedly at Jin An.

"I am Captain Belial, with a bounty as high as twelve million Berries!"

Belial's voice suddenly dropped. He bent slightly at the waist, his head lengthened, and his eyes gleamed coldly as they transformed into golden vertical pupils.

His body abruptly doubled in size. His height, already over two meters, instantly stretched higher. Scales spread across his body as it changed, while his arms became clawed limbs covered in scales.

His entire body turned into that of a crocodile, its great maw opened wide to reveal sharp fangs.

Belial burst into wild laughter. "Picking a fight with me means your luck has run out. I'm a Crocodile Man who ate the Crocodile-Crocodile Fruit."

"Step back a little..." Jin An grabbed Huo Shaoshan by the collar and tossed him backward.

Belial lashed his tail, and his entire body shot forward in an instant. The floor could not bear the force and cracked apart inch by inch.
