Projection of Will, Dimensional Resonance

"Can you feel it?" The Guardian's assistant—a hazy humanoid outline formed from pure dimensional energy—floated beside him. "They're about to face real danger."

Lin Ye nodded, his gaze resolute. "Yes. I have to do more." He looked at the flowing purple patterns on his arm. "That projection was too weak to give them enough help."

The Guardian's assistant drifted slowly around Lin Ye. "There is a deeper way to use the patterns, but the risk is immense. Your consciousness could be permanently scattered between dimensions, never able to return."

"Tell me exactly how," Lin Ye said without hesitation. "If I do nothing, they could all be in danger."

The Guardian's assistant rippled slightly, as though sighing. "Enter a state of deep meditation and guide the patterns within your body into a closed-loop energy channel. Then project your consciousness along that channel into the real world. This method can create a more solid projection, one that can even exert a slight influence on the physical world."

Lin Ye sat cross-legged, with void energy forming a platform beneath him. "Let's begin."

As Lin Ye closed his eyes, the patterns within his body began to glow bright purple. The Guardian's assistant's voice grew distant and ethereal. "Focus on the core of your consciousness. Imagine it as a ball of light, then send it into the real world, little by little, along the paths of the patterns..."

Lin Ye's breathing slowed until it had almost stopped. He felt his consciousness being stretched and extended, like a thin thread passing through the thick dimensional barrier. The process was agonizing, as though every cell were being torn apart and rebuilt.

"Hold on," the Guardian's assistant encouraged him. "Your consciousness is penetrating the dimensional barrier."
