Moria thought to himself, then let out a "Hehishishishi" laugh.

"Men, it's time for war!"

Moria's shout drew the attention of every pirate aboard the ship.

Many pirates stood along the railings and atop the masts, looking at Moria seated in his broad chair.

"I'm the man who'll become the next Pirate King. The Pirate King must conquer the entire Grand Line, and the place we're heading next is Wano Country, where the Beast Pirates are currently entrenched.

"Men, what do you think we should do?"

Sitting imposingly, Moria's shrill voice echoed above the Thriller Bark.

"War! War!"

As soon as he finished speaking, pirates immediately raised their blades and guns with excited expressions and cheered.

One, two, then more and more. Soon, every pirate aboard the ship was cheering.

It was as though fighting the Beast Pirates would end in another overwhelming victory, just like before.

"Defeat the Beast Pirates, and we'll become the new overlords of the seas!"

Moria raised his long blade and shouted alongside the other pirates.

Had these people never considered what would happen if they lost?

Lin Ye had long grown accustomed to this sort of scene.

These people's emotions were far too easily stirred.

"Kid, aren't you looking forward to the battle ahead?"

Seeing Lin Ye's calm expression, Moria spoke up.

The surrounding pirates all turned their eyes toward Lin Ye. Seeing that he showed no excitement, however, they found it perfectly normal.

Lin Ye, captain of the combat division, was a cold man.

These pirates rarely saw Lin Ye display any exaggerated emotion.

Moria naturally knew that as well, which was why he asked.

Lin Ye turned his head toward Moria, and a smile suddenly appeared on his face.

"Captain will definitely win, become the overlord of the seas, sit upon the throne of the Pirate King, and obtain the Pirate King's One Piece!"

Lin Ye spoke each word carefully, looking utterly serious.

"Whoa!"

Hearing Lin Ye mention the Pirate King, the surrounding pirates immediately erupted into cheers.

The pirates farther away had not heard Lin Ye's voice, but what did that matter?

They just needed to cheer.

"Hehishishishi, kid, you said something right for once. Your captain will definitely become the Pirate King and obtain the One Piece."

Moria was overjoyed at those words and nodded repeatedly.

"However, the captain of the Beast Pirates, Kaido of the Beasts, is no minor figure. He's extremely strong."

Lin Ye looked at the excited Moria and spoke again.

"Hehishishishi, when the time comes, just leave Kaido to your captain."

Moria waved a large hand, confidently taking responsibility for it all.

The cheers of the surrounding pirates grew even louder.

The captain truly had great spirit.

The banquet continued, while Lin Ye left early and returned to his quarters aboard the ship.

After setting his two swords by the bow, Lin Ye took a bath and lay down on his bed.

Moonlight Moria was not a man of great spirit.

Stared down by Kaido, the reporting pirate trembled, his face filled with terror.

Kaido's massive body brought an incomparable sense of oppression.

Kaido's voice was full of fury. Then he grabbed his enormous sake gourd and began guzzling.

"Captain, I'll take some men and eliminate him."

King, his entire body wrapped in a black uniform, spoke up.

Kaido looked at King and shook his head.

"No. Since he dared to make a move against my cargo here, this Moonlight Moria has some nerve. Then I'll see whether he dares to enter Wano Country and make landfall. If he doesn't, I'll go kill him.

"If he does come, I'll kill him too."

Kaido said coldly.

"Yes!"

Hearing that, King naturally said no more.

"By the way, is that fool still dancing in the Flower Capital?"

Kaido was naturally furious over the stolen cargo, but he clearly did not take the matter too seriously and instead asked about something else.

The heir of Wano Country, the fool who had once served aboard both Whitebeard's ship and Gol D. Roger's ship.

"Yes. Kozuki Oden believed Kurozumi Orochi's words and strips naked to dance in the Flower Capital every day. However, that man still has considerable influence in Wano Country."

Hearing Kaido ask about Kozuki Oden, King immediately answered.

"Let him keep dancing."

Kaido sat cross-legged, clutching the sake gourd as he continued to drink.

Seeing this, King showed no reaction. He called to the trembling pirate and headed outside.

Kaido did not care, but he needed to look into it.

"There's still no news at all?"

Once outside, King asked.

"Yes. We contacted them, but there has been no response from that side."

After leaving Kaido's sight, the pirate was visibly much calmer.

"Were they wiped out?"

King waved the pirate away, then muttered to himself, his tone clearly unpleasant.

The weapons those pirates had been transporting this time were meant to equip the entire pirate crew.

They were for expanding the entire crew.

All those supplies were intended for that purpose.

If so, their plans would have to be delayed.

The lost supplies could be disregarded, but time was the most important thing.

Kaido wanted to establish a pirate empire here. There was far too much to do, and military strength was a crucial part of it.

After all, the Pirate King had died only a year ago. Now was the best opportunity to realize their ambitions.

At that thought, killing intent flashed through King's eyes.

The Beast Pirates had only been in Wano Country for a short while, and now anyone dared to provoke them?

King silently decided that if the enemy truly dared to make landfall, he would kill every last one of those bastards.
