The Demon Realm was boundless, divided into many domains where countless demon barbarians multiplied and waged endless war.
At the center of the Demon Realm lay a vast, untamed mountain range, burying the bones of countless living beings from the Myriad Worlds. Legend said these mountains were a land of calamity, a place of doomsday. Should the Myriad Worlds collapse, this place would become their grave.

At the center of Mount Ten Thousand Deaths was a place called Burial Saint Valley. It opened roughly once every hundred years, and every appearance inevitably became the focus of the Myriad Worlds.
At this moment, the sky above Mount Ten Thousand Deaths was clear as the sea. Two clouds, each hundreds of thousands of miles long, hung in the sky. They had originally been torn from a single long cloud, then slowly rotated until they now crossed perpendicularly.
When the long cloud split apart, the entire Mount Ten Thousand Deaths erupted with terrifying tides of power. Streams of powerful vital energy surged upward against the current; in the eyes of many experts, hundreds of millions of waterfalls were flowing backward up Mount Ten Thousand Deaths.
At the same time, all power at the Sainthood level throughout the Demon Realm was completely withdrawn.
Tens of thousands of years ago, a Great Sage had released his aura when the long clouds crossed, intending to contend with the power within Burial Saint Valley. Yet in the blink of an eye, Burial Saint Valley's power sealed him away. He was then drawn into Burial Saint Valley by an invisible force, and his whereabouts remained unknown to this day.
Since then, whenever the long clouds crossed, no Sainthood dared release its power.
