On the second day after the Jing Kingdom formally announced the establishment of the Constitution, the Hall of Punishment held a Legalist Association meeting for high-ranking scholars at the Academy in the capital. As the host, Fang Yun explained the Constitution to the many Legalist scholars and analyzed the relevant laws.
However, the scholars present all felt that Fang Yun had not explained things thoroughly. They did not know whether he was deliberately withholding something or simply did not understand the Legalist Sacred Way deeply enough.
Still, no matter what, Fang Yun's understanding of the Constitution far surpassed everyone else's.
On the third day after the Constitution was established, the Legalist Sacred Way Literary Assembly began to build momentum.
To wait for Legalist scholars living far away without letting those who had arrived early grow bored, the Hall of Punishment held multiple Literary Assemblies, each discussing a different topic.
On the seventh day after the Constitution was established, the Legalist Sacred Way Literary Assembly finally began in earnest.
Night had fallen over the capital, its lights blazing brilliantly, but the most dazzling place of all was the Jing Kingdom Academy.
The entire Jing Kingdom Academy had been occupied by Heaven-and-Earth Shells.
The space within the Heaven-and-Earth Shells had been altered, forming an enormous fan-shaped venue. In the central section of that fan, over a million Legalists were arranged from near to far according to their Literary Ranks.
Upon the elevated platform sat nearly all the Legalist Great Scholars of the Human Race, along with the only scholar present who did not primarily cultivate the Legalist School.
Fang Yun.
The seats closest to the platform were not for Legalist Grand Academicians, but for Great Scholars of the Human Race.
This was the Literary Assembly in the history of the Jing Kingdom
