"That was downright overbearing! Is this how Fang Nation-Queller usually teaches True Dragons?"
"Even a Half-Sage would hardly dare reprimand a mighty True Dragon like that! This is a future Dragon Sage!"
"Only Fang Nation-Queller would dare punish a True Dragon by making him copy the Book of Rites a thousand times. Anyone else would have been bitten to death long ago."
Ji Zhibai stared blankly at Fang Yun. Fang Yun was too terrifying. He did not even care about a True Dragon, so Ji Zhibai himself counted for even less in Fang Yun's eyes.
The Left Prime Minister, however, said nothing. Others took it as Fang Yun casually scolding Ao Huang, but he suspected Fang Yun was showing just how close his relationship with the Dragon Race was.
Ao Huang continued trembling on the ground, still chuckling foolishly.
Fang Yun looked at Ao Huang, then at the luminous pearl. He bent down, picked it up, and put it into his River-Drinking Shell.
The officials were stunned.
"Suddenly, I feel that Radiant Prince is so pitiful."
All the officials nodded in unison. Not only had Ao Huang been lectured by Fang Yun, but even the luminous pearl that had nearly reached his claws had been taken away by Fang Yun. Ao Huang must be furious enough to go mad.
Yet all the officials were curious. What mystery did that luminous pearl contain, for Ao Huang to risk his life to seize it?
Ao Huang glared furiously at Fang Yun. "Give... give it back to me!"
"We'll talk when we get home!" Fang Yun snapped, glaring at Ao Huang.
Ao Huang thought about it seriously. He could not defeat Fang Yun in a fight, could not compare backers with Ao Yuwei, who supported Fang Yun, and could not outwit him either.
