Creating something out of nothing was no simple matter.
It could even be called extremely difficult.
But that was only true for ordinary people.
For Qin Ran, it was quite easy.
After all, he had a useful, practical, and durable follower.
As Qin Ran wrote, he instructed the Upper Evil Spirit to proceed according to plan. The Upper Evil Spirit, which had disguised itself as a young man, had already been waiting for quite some time.
Upon receiving Qin Ran's order, it immediately rose from its seat in the room, opened the door, and stepped outside.
"The party's about to start!"
The young man the Upper Evil Spirit was impersonating was named Pale Reno, a fourth-year student at Theoret. With his ordinary looks and unremarkable abilities, he remained utterly inconspicuous even after reaching his fourth year.
In reality, however, his abilities were quite impressive, no worse than those of several fourth-year students with modest reputations.
He had done this to conceal his secret: he was a disciple of the Hill School.
Or, more precisely, a spy for the Hill School.
He had a special mission.
He had come to Theoret and become a student there to uncover more secrets.
The Upper Evil Spirit had discovered him after Qin Ran's first encounter with an attack by the Hill School.
With the Frost Wolf's help, the Upper Evil Spirit had easily tracked him down and even found a secret Hill School base.
Once one secret was uncovered, more were bound to follow, just as one lie needed more lies to cover it up.
After discovering his secret, the Upper Evil Spirit had begun following the trail.
Over the past few days, it had not only successfully located the Hill School's three bases in E District, but also discovered more of its members.
