Magical Girls Exposed!

Kanon tapped her right fist against her palm, then pointed at Magic White as realization dawned.

"I get it! A split personality, right? I never knew you had that going on, Xiao Bai..."

"...Sure. Let's go with that."

Magic White had been about to explain a little more, but the two accepted her so quickly that she was at a loss for words.

She wasn't foolish enough to reveal her identity, though.

Since they had accepted her current "backstory," she might as well play along.

Feeling the Plague Demon's power within her, Magic White asked them, "What happened to you two? How did you end up here?"

"...Kanon ran into a Pillar-Tier Demon, and Miss Stella couldn't reach you, so I went to help her. Then... a vortex sucked us in," Ayaka explained.

Magic White frowned slightly. "Even you two, who were inside the world, got pulled in? Then this vortex must be targeting all Magical Girls..."

"All of them?!" Kanon froze, then asked in a panic, "What about Hitomi? The girl named Nishino Hitomi? Is she here too?!"

Nishino Hitomi had been a Magical Girl for less time than any of the others.

Her magical power was only at Lower Rank.

If Nishino Hitomi had been pulled in too...

"Don't worry." Magic White smiled at them. "That little one isn't in this world."

"Huh? How can you be so sure?"

"Because I can sense her." Magic White rolled her eyes at Kanon.

She couldn't exactly say she was Sheep Baa-Baa, the one who had made a contract with Nishino Hitomi, and could therefore sense her contractor, could she?

She had no intention of revealing to anyone else that she could turn into a Magical Creature.

Well, if that secret did come out, she wouldn't be the one dealing with
