Doctor Strange walked over. Tony's kick at Leon had been a little too forceful and caught his attention, so he came over to ask.
"Uh... I was talking to myself. Yeah, that's right. I was so happy after dealing with the threat of Thanos that I spontaneously developed a second personality."
Tony scratched his head as he casually made up complete nonsense.

Doctor Strange looked at Tony with an utterly speechless expression.
"Fine, it was full of holes."
Tony spread his hands and turned to Leon. Leon shook his head. I'm about to restart this timeline. There's no point explaining anything to him.
"Is someone there?"
Doctor Strange narrowed his eyes and looked in the direction Tony had been staring, but there was nothing there. He could not help growing worried about Tony's mental state.
"There is... or isn't there?" Tony's mouth twitched as he answered a question with another question.
"Tony, after we get back, go see a psychologist. I know an excellent Chinese American psychologist who specializes in professional counseling and treatment for superheroes and political leaders from various countries."
