God, Under Attack

"Who are you?"

Usopp and Chopper stared wide-eyed at Enel.

They had been locked up for so long, yet they had never noticed that a fellow prisoner was being held next door.

"God!"

Even as a prisoner, shackled in Seastone handcuffs, Enel had not lost an ounce of his arrogance as a god.

He stared at Franky and said confidently, "If you get this god out of here, this god can help you kill any mortal."

Earlier.

Enel had heard everything clearly after the Straw Hat crew had been locked up, including their conversation with Sumer.

The reason he had remained silent was that the Straw Hat crew, like him, were merely prisoners.

But Franky's appearance was different.

He saw hope of escape.

He swore that once he regained his freedom, he would make Saint Marcus Mars and Saint Germain Sumer pay a painful price.

Their families and their nations would all face his reckoning.

"God?"

Carrying Luffy over his shoulder, Franky looked Enel up and down. The guy certainly had an imposing bearing, but he also had a big mouth.

Since he was already here, saving one was no different from saving two.

"Help your captain up."

Franky tossed Luffy to Usopp, then passed through the opening and arrived before the iron cage holding Enel. A blowtorch burst from his palm.

Clang, clang~

The lock on the cage fell to the ground. Franky opened the cage, stepped inside, and spent a little more effort getting Enel out.

Like Straw Hat, he was shackled in Seastone handcuffs. They would have to find a way to deal with them afterward.

"Let's go!"

The five of them carefully followed the stairs outside. They encountered Marines in the ship's cabins, but Franky and Chopper took them all down.

"Saint Sumer was right. That guy really isn't dead."

Inside the alternate space.

Kaku, Jabra, Fukurou, Kumadori, and Bruno were close by, watching everything unfold.

Both Kaku and Bruno were shocked that Franky was still alive.

Especially Kaku.

He clearly remembered that Franky had been barely breathing. The moment Kaku threw him into the sea, he had sunk. How could he possibly still be alive?

And how had Saint Sumer guessed it?

"Should we make a move?"

Jabra stuck out his tongue and licked his lips, his face full of viciousness and cruelty.

"Wait a little longer. Saint Sumer mainly wants to see whether Doll and Aokiji will act on their own."

"Besides, Straw Hat and this guy called Enel are both still wearing Seastone handcuffs. Without the key, they can forget about opening them."

Kaku shook his head, intending to wait a little longer.

The initiative had always been in their hands, so there was no need to rush.

"The Straw Hat crew escaped!"

"Catch them!"

"Don't let them get away! The Straw Hat crew are important criminals, and so is that criminal with the long earlobes!"

"Open fire!"

Clang, clang, clang—

The moment Franky and the others left the cabin and arrived on deck, the nearest Marines spotted them.

Some Marines immediately opened fire.

But Franky blocked every bullet with his modified body.

The bullets struck him as if they had hit an iron plate. Other than a few sparks, they did not even leave a mark.

"Strong Right."

Taking advantage of the pause after a round of gunfire, Franky's right hand shot out, connected to his arm by a chain, and sent a Marine flying on the spot.

"One-Finger Zen."

After the attack, Franky opened his left index finger and began firing bullets from it like a pistol.

Marines began dropping one after another.

After dealing with them.

Franky smugly opened his abdomen, pulled out a bottle of iced cola, and took two huge gulps.

"Cool~"

"That's so cool~"

Luffy, Usopp, and Chopper's eyes sparkled with stars at the sight.

Not only was his body as hard as steel, his fist could detach from his body, and his finger could fire bullets.

Most unbelievable of all, he had pulled a bottle of cola from his stomach.

It was an ice-cold cola still giving off frosty vapor.

"Hey! Become my partner!"

"Yeah, yeah!"

Luffy was completely won over by Franky and immediately invited him to join. Usopp and Chopper nodded wildly like pecking chicks.

Even Enel, who thought highly of himself, kept glancing at Franky's stomach.

It was his first time seeing a Blue Sea person like this.

"Is now really the time to talk about that? Escaping is what matters most."

Franky sent several approaching Marines flying with another Strong Right, then ran toward the stern.

His underlings were waiting to meet him there.

In midair.

Doll used Geppo and glanced at the five of them. Her beautiful eyes flickered as she pretended not to see them, focusing solely on blocking the shells fired by the Franky Family Fleet.

"It's time to act! Otherwise, the Straw Hat crew will escape."

"Doll is tied down."

Inside the alternate space.

Kaku and the others all looked up at the busy Doll first. She could not free herself while protecting the warship.

And the Straw Hat crew was about to reach the stern.

"Bruno, move!"

"Understood."

Bruno appeared behind Franky and used the Door-Door Fruit's ability to open a Revolving Door in the air.

His right hand darted toward Franky's neck with lightning speed.

"Watch out."

Enel noticed immediately, but shackled in Seastone handcuffs, there was nothing he could do.

Franky was constantly knocking back Marines and blocking bullets. He had no chance to dodge.

Creak~

The instant Bruno's right hand touched the back of Franky's neck, Franky's head began spinning 360 degrees.

His vision instantly blurred.

"A robot!"

Luffy's eyes widened as he tried to help, but after taking one step, his whole body went limp and he collapsed to the ground.

"Straw Hat, you won't escape."

Kaku, Jabra, Kumadori, and Fukurou filed out of the alternate space. With successive flashes, Usopp and Chopper cried out and fell to the ground.

A bloody hole appeared in the chest of both man and reindeer.

"It's you!"

Filled with rage, Luffy glared viciously at Kaku and the others.

Usopp and Chopper, blood trickling from their chests, wore despairing expressions. They had been so close to escaping.

"Luffy, Usopp, Chopper—"

Just then.

Two figures came sprinting from the harbor. Zoro and Sanji, their bodies wrapped in bandages, charged forward with furious eyes like two arrows, forcibly piercing through the Marine blockade.

"Endure endless suffering without weariness—this is the path of Asura—Demon Aura: Nine-Sword Style: Asura: One Mist Silver!"

"Diable Jambe: Finishing Shot."

As they charged.

Zoro grew three heads and six arms, as if he had transformed into Asura, his entire body radiating a terrifying demon aura.

Sanji refused to fall behind. He spun rapidly through the air, blazing flames igniting around his right calf.

"Chapapa~ Don't even think about getting past."

"You overestimate yourselves. Saint Sumer spared you, yet you actually came back!"

Kumadori's long hair floated up like venomous snakes. In a flash, he blocked Zoro's path.

Fukurou charged at Sanji.

"Finger Pistol: Q."

"Beastly Majesty!"

Boom—

The two sides collided, producing a massive storm that made the entire warship shake violently.

Many Marines nearby were sent flying.

"What?!"

"That's impossible!"

Kumadori and Fukurou roared one after another.

The next second, blood spilled from the corners of their mouths. Both became cannonballs, blasted through the ship's cabins, tore across the sea, and vanished into the night.

"Zoro, Sanji!!!"

Usopp and Chopper looked at Zoro and Sanji as if they were saviors, tears of joy streaming down their faces.

Luffy was even more excited.

"Kumadori, Fukurou!"

Kaku, Bruno, and Jabra were equally shocked, their eyes filled with disbelief.

Because the ones who should have been coughing blood and sent flying were those two, not Kumadori and Fukurou.

Maybe it was an illusion, but in only a dozen or so hours, those two defeated opponents seemed to have grown stronger.

They were clearly still seriously injured, so how could they unleash such tremendous power?
