"Wizard Merlin!"

Seeing Merlin emerge from space, Frans, Ducas, and the others hurried to their feet, delight flickering across their faces.

They had finally met Merlin. This was not something Frans and the others could handle.

"Wizard Merlin, we're in serious trouble! We now occupy eight planes, and we've finally alarmed some of the surrounding foreign races. Ordinary foreign races would be one thing. Even those terrifying beings comparable to someone with four laws, I'm sure you could handle. But this time, the one coming is no ordinary being."

"What? There's a foreign being who frightens all of you?"

Merlin laughed. During this time, he had occupied eight planes in total. Apart from the three he had personally seized, Frans and the others had taken the remaining five with six Martial Arts Robots and four statue puppets.

They had encountered almost no danger. With Merlin supporting them, virtually none of the foreign beings in the surrounding planes could match him.

As a result, Frans and the others had been brimming with confidence lately.

But now, they seemed to have genuinely run into trouble. Otherwise, all four would not have come to see Merlin together.

"Wizard Merlin, this foreign being is no ordinary opponent. He's from the Golden Light Clan, and his name is Maya."

"The Golden Light Clan?"

Merlin thought carefully and finally remembered. He did have some impression of this race. The Golden Light Clan was merely a relatively weak civilization.

Of course, compared to civilizations that had never even ventured beyond their own planes, they were already quite powerful. Still, the strongest member of the Golden Light Clan seemed to be only a Titled Legend.

Why would Frans and the others be so afraid of such a weak civilization?
