"Supreme Law!"

The cries rang out from Merlin's mouth. At once, the vortex on his Mage's Heart grew larger, stirring up a tempest as though it would sweep away the entire Mage's Heart.

Hum!

The terrifying aura continued to spread. It was an aura of darkness, loneliness, and descent, as though this trace of power alone was the most fundamental essence of all existence.

Spellcasters comprehended the essence of the elements and condensed laws!

Merlin was now condensing a law, but what he was condensing was a supreme law. Wisps of black mist gradually turned into black chains that stretched across the Void Realm, swiftly enveloping the golden river above his head.

The black chains locked down the golden river, and gold and black intertwined, struggling against each other.

"A supreme law! He's actually become a Titled Legend!"

Maya had witnessed Merlin's entire transformation. He had seen it clearly: as Merlin's Mage's Heart continued to transform, strands of a supreme law had formed. Using his darkness spells as his foundation, Merlin had finally become a Titled Legend!

"It's finally transformed..."

Merlin gently closed his eyes. Enormous black chains appeared behind him, all formed from the supreme law he had condensed. At that moment, he seemed to be darkness incarnate. Everyone facing him felt as though they were standing in darkness.

Whoosh!

Merlin stepped forward, and the black chains lashed wildly, almost completely trapping the golden river. This was the source of Maya's power, and it was now battling Merlin's supreme law.

Both possessed the power of a Titled Legend, so their struggle was evenly matched. Now that Merlin had become a Titled Legend, he no longer feared Maya at all. His supreme law was no weaker than the power of Maya's golden river.
