"Control!"

Merlin directly used his Mind Power to control the three experts who rivaled Titled Legends. Only then did Mage Santo stop. Frowning, he glanced at the sky and said, "Although the rules influence this place, the Rule Power here is far, far too weak... I suspect this world is no ordinary place. Traces of artificial creation are everywhere. This may be a Plane created by a great Supreme Existence!"

After seeing Merlin control the three Flame Domain experts with his Mind Power, Mage Santo spoke gravely. This was the conclusion he had reached after so many days of analysis.

"A Supreme Existence could create such a peculiar Plane?"

Merlin was somewhat puzzled. He had already encountered quite a few Supreme Existences, such as the three great Arcane Mages, the Rock Clan's two progenitors, and the Light God Lord. They were indeed immensely powerful and could wield some of the power of the rules.

But those Supreme Existences did not possess the ability to create such a special Plane, one capable of blocking Rule Power. Although it did not shut it out completely, it at least blocked most of it, while also giving rise to so many powerful beings within the Plane. Mage Santo glanced at Merlin, then shook his head helplessly. "You've seen too few Supreme Existences. Of us three great Arcane Mages, only Augustus is slightly stronger, but even he hasn't advanced beyond the first tier. The Light God Lord, the Rock Clan's two progenitors, and even the Giant Clan's Titan Giant are all first-tier Supreme Existences."
