The enormous Illusory World, like an infinitely massive star, came crashing down upon Merlin's Mental Core. At this moment, Merlin's Mental Core had expanded to its limit, its great "mouth" seeming capable of swallowing any vast world.
Great quantities of Mental Power, like countless tentacles, ruthlessly dragged the Illusory World inside. Merlin's Mental Core also felt an immense heaviness.
He had felt this heaviness some time ago. Back then, however, he could not bear even one percent of the Illusory World. Now, nearly the entire Illusory World had been swallowed into his Mental Core.
Now, it depended on whether Merlin could completely fuse the Illusory World with his Mental Core. At that time, the Mental Core would be the Illusory World, and the Illusory World would be the Mental Core. They would become wholly one, with no distinction between them.
If it had been an Illusory World he had condensed himself, this process could almost have been ignored. They had been one from the start, so how could there be any need for fusion?
However, Merlin's Illusory World had been condensed by Titas long ago. It was a relatively vast and mature Illusory World, and it had to be completely fused with Merlin's Mental Core. Otherwise, not only would it fail to help him, it would instead become a burden, draining all of Merlin's energy.
To completely fuse the Illusory World, Merlin had to understand the entire Illusory World and know it thoroughly. After all, this Illusory World had been Titas's ideal world.

When Merlin had previously entered the Illusory World, it had been entirely different from now,
