As Black Ice God Venerable's voice fell, the Golden Radiance Armor, already more than halfway stripped away, was completely removed. Merlin no longer had any connection to the Golden Radiance Armor, save perhaps for a lingering link to its control program.

With the Golden Radiance Armor gone, the power that had forcibly elevated Merlin to the Fourth Tier, the "Emperor" level, vanished without a trace. He could no longer see the strands of rule power. Once again, he had fallen back to being an ordinary Monarch.
