World Tree Center, God of Stories Loki watched Multiverse calmly, focusing his attention on Ian and his actions. "A ruthless, concise and effective move." He watched as millions of speedsters rushed into other timelines, forcing them to Fusion and destroy each other until only one remained.
What makes this move even more interesting is that it's just the beginning. As long as no one notices, these speedsters can cause billions of timelines to be destroyed.
"All these efforts were in vain," Loki sighed. He made the ultimate sacrifice, imprisoning himself in this tree, shaping Multiverse into a stable form, preventing Council of Kangs from starting a Multiverse war. But it was all in vain.
Powers beyond his understanding suddenly appeared and unlocked his Multiverse, triggering an event worse than the Multiverse war.
Now, Loki must figure out his next goal in life. "What do I do? Resurrection my family? Live a happy life with Sylvie? Try protecting people again?"
Loki frowned. By observing Multiverse, he saw all the possibilities in his life; in a way, he experienced all of life empathetically in all its variations. He could foresee how boring things would quickly become if he had to go through that all over again.
His eyes were focused on Ian. "No, I needed new ideas, new possibilities - new stories. And he pointed the way for me." He was one of the few people who immediately noticed Ian when it arrived in this universe. Therefore, he had some understanding of the latter's origins.
"Multiverse Outside," Loki murmured to himself, Blink's eyes were shining brightly. He looked at the tree and touched it. "It won't be long before I can be free. Until then, just wait patiently."
Blank Domain:
Ian opened his eyes, "Everything is done. Ready to receive encrypted data."
"Put it on me," Morgana replied, and within a few seconds, she locked the information scattered among Blank Domain.
This method is secure because the information is ubiquitous within Blank Domain, meaning it cannot be traced to any world or to any single individual - at least, not by any means known to Ian.
The disadvantage, however, is that anyone with enough technology or power can intercept the information. What Luck has is that Ian is very confident in his encryption abilities because he uses a combination of Primordial Runes from different universes.
In other words, even if someone could use Divination to interpret this data, they would just be mindlessly gibbering.
"How is it?" Ian asked.
"There's nothing wrong with the encryption itself," Morgana explained. "As for the data? Because of the speed at which Speed Force is expanding, they're even better than what we collected."
So far, Ian has set up two experiments to collect data on how to reach Tier 11. The first is about those universes he created, which made Morgana a newly created mini-Multiverse's will.
This experiment ran into some problems in the early stages, as Morgana couldn't handle the pressure of controlling so many universes. However, after she was updated, that was no longer the case.
"Show me," Ian demanded, as a screen appeared in front of him. Although the two experiments looked identical, they were not. Morgana's experiment focused on how complex the mind of the Tier 11 entity was.
How their minds are able to access knowledge, memories, emotions and experiences across all variants of Multiverse. It also focuses on how to control the power from all of these variants.
Meanwhile, the Speed Force experiment focuses on how the energy of the Tier 11 entity connects across the Multiverse connection.
"Things are going very well," he muttered. He prepared more experiments for his path to Tier 11, but was still satisfied with the results so far. "I think our job here is done." He would just have to send Time Force's men periodically to collect encrypted information, and this would continue until the clones he sent were discovered and dead.
"Wait, one last thing," Morgana added. "I created a system that classifies the universe into classes based on the overall intensity of what I detect."
"Oh, show me." Ian frowned immediately after receiving the message: "We only have level 3? What's going on with that B?"
"That's right. Level 0 refers to a world without even one Tier 10 opponent. Level 1 means that there is at least one Tier 10 entity. Level 2 means that there is at least one person with the same strength as Upper Demon God, and level 3 means that there is at least one strong country King Level."
(A country's strongest King Level can destroy at least 76 universes with just one blow.)
"I understand the general gist of the system, but are the differences between these levels too great?"
"It's really big; that's why we use letter suffixes. For example, the lowest level 3 universe with only one country King Level is classified as 3F. We are 3B because we have dozens of countries King Level."
"What about Class B and above?" Ian asked.
"3A means there are at least 50 countries King Level strong."
"Merlin's beard--are there even that many gods at home?" Ian complained.
"3S means there are hundreds of king-level experts. 3Z means an unclassified king-level expert."
"Unclassified? Do you mean a national King Level strongman with hundreds or even thousands of cosmic powers? Basically a fake Tier 11?"
"Correct."
"That makes sense," Ian nodded, feeling a headache - especially thinking that Merlin's war might be even worse. "Is Level 3 the highest?"
"No," Morgana shattered his fantasy. "Level 4 means there is at least one Tier 11 entity. Level 5 is divided for existences above Tier 11. However, this level is basically empty because I have no data to support its existence."
"Really?" Ian muttered. "Wait, does that mean you have data to prove the existence of a Level 4 world?"
"Yes. I detected a timeline I labeled Earth-666. The aura given off by that timeline was unlike anything I had ever felt before. My instincts warned me that I might be discovered, so I avoided it during the data collection phase of this classification."
Ian sighed, "If we want to have a chance of survival in this world, we have to make things work." He no longer hesitated, returned to the base, and went straight to Time Force. He wanted to give them the new classification of Morgana, and at the same time send them to collect the data of Blank Domain.
"Sir, you came just in time," La said.
"What happened?"
"We detected an anomaly at this location," Ra showed him a map. "We believe it is the result of Fusion and the destruction of that universe."
"I'll go take a look," Ian agreed, and then gave them the order and teleported to the location on the map. He found the source of the anomaly without much effort.
"Jessica Jones," he muttered to himself. Through a quick scan of the planet, he discovered the other members of the Defenders Alliance: Luke Cage and Matt Murdock. "These people did not exist in the timeline before, but now they appear. Is this what happens when a world is destroyed before Fusion? But why?"
"This could be a bonus," Morgana suggested. "Giving the universe more fighting power increases their chances of survival."
"Did you infer this from Golden Energy which is the same as our timeline Fusion?"
"Yes."
"That's probably the best explanation we can get right now," Ian nodded, feeling once again how difficult things would be without the support of his talented Empire or his family.
"So, what are you going to do with them?"
