Before his three-year retreat, Ian had no concrete plan for what to do with the Nova Empire.

Therefore, he took control of several people at the Nova Empire, including an underappreciated genius scientist, and promoted the latter quickly. Now that he had a plan, he began to use these chess pieces.

During an experiment involving the development of outer dimensions and the exploration of Multiverse, the scientist named Kirur discovered an unknown green light.

Although no one knew exactly what the lamp was, it was quickly classified as Nova Empire's top secret.

However, the origin of the lamp, and the huge amount of energy they detected when they first discovered it, were enough for them to attach great importance to it.

Then, days later, when Kirur repeated the experiment, he recorded a horrific sight - the destruction of a universe. To be precise, the collision of two universes or timelines.

At first, the rulers of Kirur and Empire thought this was a rare cosmic phenomenon that they were lucky enough to witness. However, experiments continued to show that more timelines collided together and were destroyed.

Everyone starts to panic, wondering why these timelines are being destroyed and if theirs will be next.

What's more, they started asking how to prevent this from happening, or how to protect themselves in the worst case scenario. No one could give an answer because Dr. Kirur had only recently developed the technology to observe and intervene in dimensions.

The higher-ups debated their next steps. Some thought they should find a way to escape this timeline, others thought they should keep fighting, and many considered informing the other forces so they could prepare. Sadly, they couldn't make any decisions as everyone was chattering and bickering.

Luck The thing is, before the dispute escalated to a serious level, Dr. Kirur had already revealed the efficacy of the lamp. After a meeting with the ruling class, an order was issued to start gathering people from all over Empire.

They must have a clean background, be of noble or decent character, and be people of extremely strong will. Empire accelerated the recruitment of these people, even almost alarming their enemies or allies.

Kirur is a humanoid alien with slightly purple skin and two small horns that are only three centimeters long. He has a cold expression, especially when he is looking at the tablet computer intently. After tapping on the tablet for a few seconds, he finally raised his head and looked at the 15 people in front of him.

"This should be the second group. But why are there so few people?"

"The others haven't passed basic training yet," his assistant, a green-skinned alien of the opposite sex, replied. "I can ask them to speed up."

"No need. We want quality, not quantity," Kirur replied, and then turned his attention to the group of people. "Welcome to Green Lantern Corps. Be quiet and follow me." He led the group of people through a huge door, and everyone couldn't help but gasp when they looked at the towering green light.

"Hairos, ID: 3A765FE. Walk to the light and recite the activation code."

Hairos is a lizard alien with four arms. He hesitated briefly, then obeyed the order.

[In the brightest day, in the darkest night,] [No evil can escape my sight.] [Let those who worship the power of evil,] [Awe my power - the light of the green lantern.]

Hairos As soon as he finished speaking, the huge lantern immediately released a green light. Then, a green ring floated in front of him, and he put it on with a smile. Basic information about the ring poured into his mind, and he only had to concentrate to create the projection of a sword.

"After the training is over, you will have plenty of time to use your power. So, stand aside and let others continue," Kirur said, waking Hairos out of his excitement. Kirur called the next person, and the ceremony continued.

Ian, who was in an invisible state and was the mastermind behind all this, watched the ceremony calmly. "This Green Lantern Corps should be able to serve as the backbone of the response to Fusion."

This timeline requires strong Tier 10 and above to survive, but they also need mid-level warriors (Level 4 to Level 9).

He chose Nova Empire to play this role, and through this method, he successfully selected people who were willing to fight for the survival of this timeline without having to force, Mind Control or deceive them.

These people know Green Lantern Corps's goals and what they are fighting for. This is why Ian chooses people with high moral character and a sense of responsibility.

This is why he uses Green Lantern Oath. Words are powerful, and a group's motto or philosophy can significantly affect its cohesion. The ideas and philosophy in the oath will tightly unite the members of Green Lantern Corps.

"How are the other legions doing?" Ian asked.

"We have established the Yellow Light (Fear) and Red Light (Wrath) legions and even recruited Demons as members," Morgana replied, before showing him an image of the newly formed legion. The clones and Golem were responsible for everything, including controlling the souls of these Demons.

"Where's Orange Lantern Corps (greedy)? We should have the technology to make it."

"We do, but according to my calculations, due to the ring and amplified greed, these Demons will become more difficult to control. If we form Orange Lantern Corps, it may bring us trouble. Do you still want to do it?"

"No need. I trust your judgment." Ian is happy with Morgana's new upgrade, because she can finally keep up with his rhythm and predict his actions.

"Where is Death Corps?" he asked.

"A prototype is being built," she responded, showing him the current build. "However, once you regain control of your Law of Death, you will need to complete the final touches."

"Excellent. With that, our work here is done. Let's go home." He opened a portal back to Earth. "What do you think our next move should be?"

"Eternals," Morgana replied without hesitation. "However, you should know that your clone will meet Tony·Stark soon."

"Oh? What time is it now?"

"One week after the Iron Man incident."

"So, the whole world already knows that he is Iron Man? Let's see what the situation is like over there."

Malibu mansion of Tony·Stark:

Ian was talking to Pepper·Potts, and the sound of the TV was playing in the background. There was a covered object next to him, but no one paid attention to it. The two were talking and laughing, as if they were old acquaintances. A door slid open, and Tony, wearing trousers and an undershirt, walked in, wiping the sweat off his body with a towel.

Pepper frowned as soon as she saw him. She sighed inwardly, because she had already sent him a message saying that they had an important guest.

"Tony, this is Minister Bones from S.H.I.E.L.D.. He is here to see you." Ian slowly stood up. "Mr. Stark." However, he did not take the initiative to reach out to shake hands.

"Can we change the time? I'm busy with something very important." Tony came up to get something to eat, and then prepared to go back to the laboratory.

"It won't take long."

"You say that because you don't know how valuable my time is," Tony replied, then walked towards the Fridge. "Are we changing people every hour?"

"Tony!" Pepper shouted.

"I was just talking," he muttered, and then took out a sandwich and a bottle of drink from the Fridge. He took a bite and returned to the living room. "You have five minutes, no, three minutes," he said to Ian while chewing food.

"I have no objection," Ian replied calmly, and then pressed a button on the watch to project a hologram. Tony's eyes immediately narrowed.
