"With all due respect," the queen interjected. "Do you have that level of skill? I don't mean to doubt you, but you are a mage, and..."

"I understand your concerns," Ian nodded. "I am not only a mage, but also a seeker of knowledge. I have been to many dimensions and worlds, including those with highly developed technological civilizations." He waved his hand and used the illusion to create a holographic rendering of the technology he would bestow upon them.

T'Chaka motioned to chief scientist Makana to check, and the latter immediately began to read the information. Less than five minutes later, he shook his head and sighed in disappointment:

"Any questions?" the king asked.

"I'm sorry, Your Majesty, but this knowledge is beyond my comprehension."

"What are you talking about?"

"They seemed real, but beyond the limits of my understanding."

"Sorry," Ian said, remembering that not everyone is Tony·Stark. In fact, even Tony·Stark may not be able to digest such advanced technology without years of research or a sufficient knowledge base. Ian raised his hand and summoned a helmet.

"This contains some lessons that will allow you to understand the techniques I will provide." Ian thought of something, so he summoned a second helmet. "As far as I know, the princess is also very talented. This is for her."

Makana took the helmet and before the king warned him, he put it on and stood in the center of the room with his eyes closed. Everyone waited for him for more than ten minutes before he woke up. "Is there really such an advanced civilization?" Makana murmured to himself.

"Master Makana."

"I'm very sorry, Your Majesty," he said quickly, realizing that he had lost his composure.

"What was the result?"

"No problem."

"So what level of technology are we talking about?"

"Well, how should I put it in layman's terms," Makana pondered. "Enough to allow us to harness energy on a cosmic scale."

King T'Chaka narrowed his eyes and finally understood everything. This man wanted Wakanda to become the main force in this coming war, so he chose to improve our technology so that we can compete on the level of those creatures. Vibranium and knowledge are only his secondary goals.

T'Chaka The king's first instinct was to reject the offer. While their country would indeed benefit greatly from this, it would also come with great dangers.

However, he soon understands that doing so would be a grave mistake. No matter what choice he makes, disaster is bound to strike, and Ian's proposal is their chance to become major players, a chance to have the power to determine their own destiny rather than rely on the protection of others.

"I accept your proposal," King T'Chaka decided. Several Council members did not agree with this decision, but they would not refute the king's decision in front of outsiders - let alone in front of the goddess Bastet.

"Excellent," Ian nodded. In the comics, Black Panther--T'Challa--is Marvel Universe's version of Batman. Not only is his intelligence on par with his sister, he also created technology that could be considered Tier 10 and incorporated it into his suit.

Black Panther has an emergency plan against Hulk (not the weak one in Marvel Cinematic Universe, but the monster in the comics); he has weapons that can kill Galactus and Celestials, and can control naturally Mjolnir, possesses magic-based weapons, as well as a host of other powers and achievements - such as the invention of Shadow Physics, which combines Alchemy with quantum physics, allowing him to Infinity teleport anywhere, including traveling to anywhere Multiverse is.

"I'm glad you guys can come to an agreement, but what do I do?" Bastet said. "How do I prepare for this disaster?"

"Goddess Bastet, you have been our Guardians since ancient times. As long as there is one Wakanda person alive, we will protect you," Queen Ramonda declared.

"This may be the only way," Bastet murmured, then raised his hand and condensed a mark in the shape of Black Panther. "This mark will allow the king to talk to all the ancestors from Ancestral Plane and obtain all their wisdom, knowledge and experience."

Ian narrowed his eyes. In the comics, T'Challa became the King of the Undead and also had the same ability.

"Thank you," T'Chaka said immediately.

"Finally, I suggest you spread Heart-Shaped Herb to all Wakanda people." After saying these words, Bastet left in a hurry. Although she needed to rely on Wakanda to ensure safety, she also wanted to be prepared.

Meanwhile, Ian was deep in thought, but not about Heart-Shaped Herb. He had already analyzed that thing and realized that it was a natural way to optimize human genes. He classified this herb as an excellent magic herb, and Morgana had optimized many Potions after using it as a primary or secondary material.

Ian continued his meeting, discussing the details. After both parties agreed on a detailed contract, they signed it. Ian then handed over the technology, especially regarding Techno-Wizard. He hoped that the Wakanda people could build a Black Panther Suit capable of destroying the universe.

His next stop was Talokan, to meet Namor. He had tried to make contact before, but the latter was not friendly. Despite Ian's best efforts, this first Mutants just couldn't listen. Once teleported underwater, he spoke to Namor one last time, even revealing the impending disaster.

"Why are you so stubborn?" Ian asked.

"The affairs of the surface world have nothing to do with us," Namor replied.

"Do you think you can be safe? Do you think you can hide under the water when we are forced to deal with those people?" Ian asked, not hiding his frustration.

"We'll be fine on our own," Namor continued. "Besides, who knows if what you said is true?"

Ian stared into his eyes. After what seemed like centuries, he said calmly, "You have officially become an unstable variable. What a pity. Talokan is such a beautiful and unique civilization."

Namor's sense of crisis suddenly sounded like an alarm. He wanted to attack his opponent immediately, even though he knew that there was a huge difference in power between them.

Unfortunately, his eyes rolled back and his body began to float on the water. Although he just fainted, the rest of his people were not so Luck.

Ian mercilessly erased their souls and killed everyone. Then, with a wave of his hand, he put away the entire Talokan and took away their Vibranium.

"Do you think this is a bit hasty?" Morgana asked.

"What do you think the chances are that he'll change his mind?"

"3.2%."

"If I try to force him to work for me, what are the odds that someone will rescue him from my Mind Control?"

"Well, let me see. Considering the existence of Mephisto, your current luck backlash, and the fact that the world seems to operate differently than our hometown - up to 72.64%."

"That's why they have to die," Ian added, causing Morgana to sigh. "I've recorded his Life Code."

"Have you found X-Gene?"

"Found it."

"Where is his soul? Have you recorded all the data?"

"Yes."

"Where are the other Talokan people? Their Life Code should be interesting too."

"It's done."

"Very good." Ian erased Namor's soul and body, and then disappeared. His next destination was Nova Empire. After so long, he finally thought of a way to make them play a role in the coming disaster.
