Hulk left the training room in the form of Tier 7 Gamma Monster, quite satisfied with the result. Then, he opened a portal to the earth and said:

"Stark, it's your turn."

"This is simply an invasion of privacy," Tony complained. "Wait a minute." A few minutes later, Stark walked through the portal and walked into the pure white room. He looked around. "So, this is the potential testing room they were discussing." He observed it and found that there was nothing except a light ball in the center.

"How does this work?" Tony asked.

"The light ball will first scan your body to see if you have any hidden bloodline talents, or if your genetic makeup is predisposed to certain tasks," Ian explained. "Then, it will extract your memories, learn about your life, and build a character model for you. After it is completed, it will generate billions of possibilities/parallel timelines based on this model to determine which field you are best at. Finally, it will use fate/Divination magic to make up for details that may have been missed before."

Tony thought for a moment, "So, this includes data collection involving genetic information and memory, Multiverse variant deduction, quantum probability and Law of Causality manipulation?"

"In scientific terms - yes," Ian nodded, leaving Tony speechless. Tony knew that his knowledge reserve in these fields was insufficient, because some things even he thought were science fiction. He sighed, and then said, "Let's get started."

Tony's test went very quickly. When he saw the abnormal result, Ian didn't even check it.

"So, he's basically you, the only difference is that his talent is more technical than magical," Morgana commented.

'By the way, I am unique,' Ian retorted. However, even though he said so, he had to admit that Tony's talent was indeed on the same level as his.

"You have four choices," Ian said to Tony.

"A pure technology route, a pure magic route, a route mainly based on technology combined with magic, or a mixed route mainly based on magic combined with technology."

"What does pure technology mean?" Tony asked puzzledly.

Ian frowned and looked at him, "I don't understand what you don't understand."

"I originally thought magic was just a more advanced form of technology, but due to the cultural differences in your dimension, you call it magic rather than technology," Tony explained. "But your words now seem to imply that this is not the case."

"You're not entirely wrong," Ian explained. "At a higher level, the two routes are more similar than different. However, they are still two completely different paths, each following an independent set of operating rules and regulations."

"I understand," Tony nodded, and then asked, "If I choose the pure technology route, how advanced can the technology you mentioned be?"

"It's so advanced that it can give you power comparable to the creatures from Great Convergence that I showed you, or even allow you to build a potential testing chamber without using magic," Ian replied, which made Tony narrow his eyes.

"You have such advanced technology?"

"Why are you so surprised?"

"I thought you were mainly a magician, so even if your technology is very advanced..."

"Do you often take it for granted?" Ian interrupted.

"This is just a reasonable inference I drew based on the information you provided."

"I've been to many dimensions with advanced technology," Ian explained. "Besides, as long as I use magic to achieve a miracle, it's much easier to deduce its technological alternatives."

"It makes sense," Tony nodded.

"So, what are your options?"

"I'm not interested in magic," Tony said. "However, your words about using magic to develop technology inspired me, and I think I will choose the third option."

'His talent is inclined towards technology, but he seems to have a strong rejection of magic because of you,' Morgana commented. 'He may feel that he can no longer compete with you at Magic Domain, but since technology is his strength and not your focus, as long as he makes enough achievements in technology, he will be able to be on an equal footing with you one day.'

Morgana sighed deeply.

'I really hate this strong arrogance in you geniuses.'

Ian didn't answer because she completely captured Tony's psychology. In fact, he knew that if he were in Tony's position, there was a high probability that he would make the same choice. He summoned a data pad and a scroll and handed them to Tony.

"What is this?"

"You want the knowledge, and a contract. The contract stipulates that from now on, you must share any new inventions you create."

"What? Are you serious?"

"What I am about to share with you is knowledge that human civilization will not be able to develop in the next hundred thousand years. I have to get some benefits from it."

"But it's not fair."

"It's really unfair," Ian agreed.

"Why has no one else signed this kind of contract?" Tony has talked with other people before, and no one has mentioned any unfair contracts.

"Because they are not Tony·Stark," Ian replied.

Tony was immediately speechless. Although this sentence greatly satisfied his vanity, he could not be happy or feel any sense of accomplishment. He looked at the contract and asked, "What if I don't sign?"

"That's okay," Ian replied. "I just need to change your training to strength training, and then build a suit of armor for you. You just need to be a driver. Anyway, if nothing else happens, this is what your friend Rhodey's plan is."

Just a pilot - these words deeply hurt Tony's nerves. Others may be able to drive his armor, but he is Iron Man. He can create armor anytime and anywhere.

He took out his mobile phone and scanned the contract, then asked Jarvis to review and summarize it. Everything was normal, the contract was written very straightforwardly, without any fancy rhetoric or hidden terms, except for one thing.

"Why does this contract have no expiration date?"

"We live in extraordinary times, which means we can die at any time, so I don't think there is a need to add a deadline," Ian explained nonchalantly.

"That's a nice thought," Tony sneered. This means that if they survive, all his innovative achievements for the rest of his life must be handed over. "Add a time limit. For example, about 20 years."

"Go ahead and dream," Ian sneered. "Look at how much I invested, don't expect the term of this contract to be less than 50,000 years."

Tony wanted to yell that he couldn't live that long, but he immediately realized that what he was facing now was on another level. With this technology, it would be easy to achieve immortality.

"That's too long," he said anyway. "300 years."

The sneer on Ian's face became more obvious. Then, the two bargained for a long time, and finally compromised and cut the time in half. Tony was heartbroken at the moment he signed the contract. In the next 25,000 years, anything he created will no longer belong to him alone.

"Don't exaggerate the matter. I don't want to share the profits of your work, I just want data."

Tony glared at him.

"Besides, if you die, all my investments will be lost. I'm the one taking the risk, and you're acting like the victim."

Tony looked at him with disgust, especially when he realized that he had said similar words countless times to the companies or individuals he had invested in before, this feeling of disgust became even stronger.

"Okay, now that the matter is settled, let's move on to the next topic," Ian said. "About your parents." He told him what happened that year.

"Hydra, Bucky," Tony muttered to himself, then gritted his teeth and said, "I'm going to kill him."

"You can't kill him," Ian said.

"Because of Steve?" he asked angrily.

"Yes."

Ian has a somewhat unique view on the movie <Captain America 3: Civil War>. In Primordial Earth, he stood on the side of Steve and believed that the government should not control Avengers. However, he despised Steve's reaction after learning the truth and his excessive behavior to protect Bucky.

However, he will definitely control Avengers now, because after becoming the emperor, he is the government. He also appreciates Steve's willingness to dare to fight against the whole world and his comrades for the sake of his old friends. Ian believes that if it were his family, he would do the same thing.

"Don't look at me like that," Ian continued. "As a suggestion, I can help you Resurrection your parents. Or, you can build a Time Machine and take them to the future. Don't try to prevent their death, but bring them to the present point in time right before they die.

"If you just go back in time and save them, you're going to mess up the timeline, and you probably won't succeed because that's just going to create another timeline where they were saved."

Tony took a deep breath and calmed down. "I understand."
