Karak and Verek suddenly screamed in pain. Before they could react, their flesh and blood were wiped out, leaving behind two huge, illusory Dragon Soul. Dragon Soul flew upwards and penetrated into Selasi's body, greatly enhancing her magic power and soul.

'This is not enough,' she thought through gritted teeth. Her powerful soul warned her that this level of improvement was far from enough to deal with Jean Claude. Unfortunately, she was powerless now, or she thought she was powerless. An unknown will descended on her, and Selasi's momentum increased steadily until she broke through to the next level of magic - Tier 9.

"Planar Will," Jean Claude muttered to himself. "Is this the final counterattack?"

"This power," Selasi murmured to herself as she felt the transformation of her body. She did not dwell on the changes in her body for too long, but stared at Claude with eyes filled with strong murderous intent.

"You look confident," the Arcanist said calmly.

"I will make you pay for the suffering you have brought to my world," Selasi did not hide the hatred in his eyes. However, the other party's response stunned her, because Claude not only did not feel scared, but chuckled.

For a moment, she thought this was just a tactic on his part to get her to let down her guard, but a lingering feeling told her that this man was just convinced that he would never lose even in this situation.

"If you were facing any other civilization, your desperate counterattack might have worked," Claude said calmly. "Unfortunately for you, Arcanist Civilization represents the pinnacle of wisdom and magic. Arcane Spark: Activate."

Jean-Claude can be regarded as a very accomplished Arcanist, which means that his Arcane Spark has accumulated a lot of cause and effect for strengthening. With this increase, he can now cast Tier 9 spells, and he chose "World Imprisonment Spell" created by Archmage Michelle·Li. Archmage refers to those whose understanding of magic has reached the level of laws, but due to lack of willpower requirements, cannot truly control that power and become Legendary Arcanist.

"World Imprisonment Spell" is considered the pinnacle of Space Magic - if you don't consider the Royal Classified Archive that contains Arcane Emperor Spatial Mastery Spell.

Selasi resisted with all her strength, and with the assistance of Planar Will, she fought a beautiful battle. However, Claude was not joking, so he connected to Aether Core in the magic tower to further strengthen his spells. In the end, Selasi was imprisoned in the small black box that Claude carried with him.

"This conquest is finally over," Claude breathed a sigh of relief. He was very lucky that he encountered a civilization with such fatal flaws. Otherwise, he would have to spend longer and waste more money and manpower before taking over the world.

"Witch, this is the last obstacle, isn't it?"

"There are still some small-scale rebellions, but nothing that Golem or Knight Legion can't suppress."

"Send Knight Legion, because they need to accumulate military exploits," Claude ordered. "Let Golem build Astral Gate to connect Empire."

"As you wish," the witch nodded. "I have a preliminary list of resources in this plane. Do you want to take a look?"

"Okay." When Claude flew back to the magic tower, he reviewed the information. This plane is rich in magic ores, plants, and even many magic stone veins. Claude first checked the ores, but when he saw Mithril and ordinary ores that could be seen everywhere in the magic plane in the Astral Realm, he was immediately disappointed.

Empire has developed to the point where it is possible to artificially create most of the magic ores that have been discovered, except for some unique ores, which means that their value has shrunk significantly over the years. Claude looked at the plants and nodded with satisfaction after seeing many rare plants that required further analysis/research.

Mana Stone veins need to be processed first. In the Astral Realm, Mana Stone is used as the currency for most business transactions because not only is it one of the best sources of energy, but also because it has Wizard Plane to back it up.

However, with the introduction of the artificially created magic Crystal, Empire has captured a small portion of the market. Claude plans to convert these veins into a more advanced form of energy - Aether Core.

"This windfall will greatly increase my wealth," Claude commented. "But what I really care about is the knowledge of this plane."

"A small team of Golem is building a the Library for you that contains all the knowledge of this world, and it will be completed soon," the witch replied.

"Awesome. By the way, how long will Astral Gate be?"

"12 hours, 35 minutes and 54 seconds."

"Remind me when it's done - I'll be at the Library later." Claude wasted no time and immediately plunged into the knowledge Sea of Consciousness of this world. He not only paid attention to their magic, but also studied their history, culture, art and religion. Claude is particularly concerned about the latter, because he knows that the people of this world believe in Goddess of Magic--Vivik.

His magic tower did not detect Divine Power or the gods, but Claude wanted to remain cautious. He searched for information to make sure that Vivik was a purely spiritual religion and not one with true belief in a god. What Luck knew was that his worries were unfounded.

"Sir, Astral Gate is completed."

"Are we connected to Skynet?"

"Connected."

"Very good," Claude nodded. "Show me the report you wrote." A screen appeared in front of him, and he made some modifications to the report after reading it. The witch exaggerated the situation not enough. Since it involved Empire's reward, Claude certainly wanted to maximize the benefits. After he was satisfied with the modifications, he submitted the report.

Someone, or possibly an artificial intelligence - Claude couldn't tell - replied to him almost immediately. He had to discuss the situation with his plane, and whether he intended to sell the entire plane, its knowledge, or resources, or keep it as a purely private fiefdom for his own use.

Claude chose to sell the knowledge, but not until he had done his own research. He also took the time to sign up Kroll for the test; he originally wanted to sign up for Selasi, but he couldn't convince her yet. In the end, the government paid him for participating in the experiment.

"These iron roosters are quite generous this time," Claude commented. With this reward, he will have enough military exploits to purchase important knowledge and secrets, and once he digests the knowledge of this plane and sells it, his wealth will further increase.

"How do you think I should use these military exploits? Keep them for later, or buy something?"

"If you want to increase your chances of completing Arcane Body, I recommend upgrading your lab," the witch suggested.

"That makes sense," Claude nodded. However, just when he was about to start shopping, he received a communication. "Luis?" Luis Sosa was a Arcanist from Brazil Region and one of Claude's acquaintances.

"Louis, is your conquest over?"

"Not yet," replied Louis, a handsome man with dark hair and a beard.

"You don't look good," Claude commented.

"My conquests didn't go very well," Louis admitted.

"You can't be so unlucky that you met a high-level civilization, right?"

"Not exactly," Louis replied. "There are seven Empires ruling my plane. These bastards have discovered plane travel long ago and have kept it secret. Just when I gained an advantage in the war, they called in foreign aid."

"So, you are fighting against seven planes at the same time?" Claude asked in surprise.

"I'm not that crazy. I conducted an infiltration operation and destroyed six of their portals, but still left one. But even two against one, I could barely hold on."

"That was tough, man," Claude commented. "If I were you, I would have asked Empire for help."

"No, I can't do that. As long as I win this war, I can obtain the coordinates of the seven planes - I can't give this opportunity to others."

"That makes sense, but if I remember correctly, wasn't your expedition funded by the Weasley financial institution? If you lose, you have to sell your soul to them."

"I know, but I'm prepared to go all-in. The worst-case scenario is to declare bankruptcy."

Claude secretly shook his head. This method may help him avoid financial ruin caused by other institutions, but Weasley family is the most trusted person by the emperor, so Louis will get into trouble no matter what.

"Then what do you want from me?"

"I control a slave plane and would like to ask if you are interested in buying some cannon fodder for your expedition," Louis asked.

"Sorry, I was lucky this time. The expedition went smoothly," Claude shook his head.

"Is that so?" Louis murmured, the light in his eyes dimmed slightly. "What about your acquaintances? Do you know anyone who may be in need?"

Claude hesitated briefly. "I can help you contact a few people, but I don't know if they need your services."

"Thank you," Louis said sincerely. "I promise I will never forget this favor."

"No problem."
