Cain shrugged and gave Rudeus an uneasy look.
Honestly, the plan was a little too idealistic. Rudeus wanted to name their party after the Superd Tribe, build a reputation through the Adventurers' Guild, and then spread word of Rujierd's deeds.
Cain understood what Rudeus was trying to do, of course. But it could easily backfire. If the guild discovered a member of the Superd Tribe in the party, it might even revoke their registration—at least, it would for an ordinary party.
Cain had plenty of ways to protect their party, so there was no harm in letting Rudeus try. His own idea was to use the royal family's influence once they returned. Change imposed by the ruling class could reach all the way down to ordinary people; the royal family's word carried enormous weight with them.
But Cain could see that Rudeus genuinely wanted to repay Rujierd and change the Superd Tribe's reputation.
Whatever came of Rudeus's attempt, Cain and Alexander could handle the fallout.
"All right. When we reach the next town, you can apply to register a party at the Adventurers' Guild. But Alexander and I already have parties of our own, so we can't join yours, Rudeus."
"That's a good idea! Even if someone discovers Rujierd is a member of the Superd Tribe, it won't affect the party!"
