I returned to my earlier question. Escaping this place or dealing with 'Great Blood' had to be our top priority.
"Even if getting close to each other restored our powers, we still wouldn't be a match for her at our peak... unless this little thing was willing to help, too..."
My words made Mono pause.
"Huh? As if I wouldn't help!"
"No, I wasn't talking about you."
Though they were both "little things."
But right now, I meant the Superbrain Cube in my hand.
It haughtily turned its head away... uh, that was how I saw it, anyway, even though it was just a blue cube.
"I'm the 'little thing'! Don't just give my title to someone else!"
What was Mono complaining about? She hadn't even liked being called a thing before, so why was she getting upset about this now?
"As for what I'm going to do... obviously, I'll repeat what I just did and steal back everything that belongs to me!"
