In the apartment's living room, everyone had gathered around Barbara and Miss Terra, who had appeared out of nowhere.
The others still had no idea who the latter was, seeing her only as a mysterious intruder. But as soon as Falcon and I entered, she looked up and greeted me.
"Miluno, you're back just in time~"
"Miss Terra, what brings you here?"
Seeing that I knew her, everyone gave me questioning looks.
I explained, "She's, um... the Earth Crystal's Simulacrum Personality, like Sirius is to the Sirius Crystal. She's also Earth's envoy. Right now, she lives in the City School's Core Division and serves as its Central Control System. She knows everything that happens anywhere in the City School."
SpiCa called her a watcher, and the name certainly fit.
Anyone could meet her by visiting the Core Division, which was beneath Monument Square. There weren't any access restrictions, either, so her existence wasn't exactly a secret.
"I heard your argument. Just think of me as a busybody."
Terra rubbed Barbara's green hair, then added with a wry smile:
"Though perhaps it isn't entirely someone else's business. Actually, this child and I were fused for a while, so I can probably explain what's going on with her... Of course, I don't remember it myself. That's just what the records say."
I wasn't quite sure what distinction she was making between memories and records.
"You fused with Barbara, Miss Terra?"
