Human Civilization.
Inner City.
In a luxurious hall, Lan Xiao'e sat in a chair, her expression vacant and her gaze unfocused. A trace of coldness occasionally flickered in her eyes, and no one knew what she was plotting.
The servants and clan members below stood like wooden posts, equally silent for a long while. The atmosphere was utterly dead.
A cloud of gloom hung over the entire Lan Family.
"My lady, are we really going to use a Star Destroyer to exchange for the eldest young lady?" A butler-like man was the first to break the silence.
"Exchange my ass! That won't work at all. If we send a Star Destroyer, the Zombie King will probably take both the people and the ship."

"Then... what should we do?"
The butler looked troubled.
The others also whispered among themselves, their faces filled with difficulty as they discussed possible countermeasures.
After thinking for a moment, Lan Xiao'e felt that sending anything to find the Zombie King would be no different from giving it away for free. It was like trying to fill a bottomless abyss—an absolute dead end.
They simply were not creatures on the same level.
Only by fighting on Human Civilization's home ground might they have a chance to resist him.
"Could it be... we lure him here?"
The thought surfaced
