Teasing Aoko

As the Aozaki Family's younger daughter, Aoko had always thought she only needed to live life her own way.

Her older sister could handle the family's affairs. Aoko just had to play dumb and muddle through until she grew up.

Then that guy had shown up at her door, and somehow she had become his fiancée. He had barged into her life without asking.

He had vanished for no reason. Then her family had fallen out with her sister, who had run away, and somehow Aoko had become the successor. None of it made any sense.

When the lunch break finally came, Aoko used her agility to slip out of everyone's sight without anyone noticing.

By the time they realized she was gone and looked for her, she was nowhere to be seen.

Aoko had already reached the teachers' office. She peered through the glass, looking left and right.

Once she confirmed that Yuan Shikai was the only teacher inside, she threw open the door and rushed in. She made sure to shut and lock it behind her.

Aoko slammed both hands onto the desk, jolting everything on it into the air.

Then she demanded furiously, "What do you want from me? I'm still in high school! Can't you stop disrupting my normal life?"

Having voiced her complaint and her request, Aoko waited for Yuan Shikai's answer.

Yuan Shikai did not answer right away. Instead, he stood and, catching her off guard, brushed a hand through her hair.

At the intimate gesture, Aoko jumped back like a startled rabbit. "W-what are you doing?"

When Aoko retreated, Yuan Shikai advanced. He stopped only when she had backed up against the wall with nowhere left to go.

He reached past her ear with his left hand and braced it against the wall.
