In essence, it was a personal imprint.

It was similar to the Rune Source Core used to construct a Fourth Ring Three-Dimensional Rune. But judging by which came first, the Rune Source Core had probably been modeled on the Divine Statue Imprint.

A Divine Statue Imprint, combined with a divine name, a sacrificial ritual, and Faith Power, could pinpoint a specific individual.

As long as the imprint remained, the statue could collect Faith Power even after countless ages had worn it down to a smooth sphere.

This Black Dragon statue should have been a genuine Divine Statue bearing a Beast God imprint.

But another imprint had covered the Beast God imprint. The divine name and ritual no longer formed a whole with the statue. The Faith Power generated by its believers flowed toward an illusory, nonexistent being, which was as good as dissipating into the world. Not a trace had accumulated.

"Tamper with the Divine Statue? But leave the Beast God's divine name and sacrificial ritual unchanged? What's the point?"

Yin Ming was almost certain that the one spreading faith across the Origin plane was the Dark Dragon, or someone connected to him.

As he spoke, Yin Ming circulated the True Blood energy within him. A wisp of Vital Essence gathered at his fingertip, and he lightly touched the forehead of the towering, hundred-meter Black Dragon statue.
