Gaara on the Verge of Going Berserk

Zhi Ge looked at Gaara, a cold smile curling across his lips.

"Ha ha ha! Like I said, you're just a brat who plays with sand! You can't even scratch me, yet you want to defeat me? What a pipe dream!!!"

Zhi Ge laughed wildly, his gaze toward Gaara filled with contempt.

Gaara's expression darkened.

"You are indeed strong, but defeating you isn't impossible!" Gaara snorted, then raised his fist and pointed it at Zhi Ge!

The loose sand on the ground seemed to receive an order at the same time, rushing toward Zhi Ge at incredible speed!!!

Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh!!!

The sand rapidly slithered across Zhi Ge's body, grain after grain continuously slicing through his skin and carving bloody cuts across him.

Zhi Ge's expression finally grew more serious. He knew that if this continued, he would undoubtedly lose.

Gaara's ninjutsu was exceedingly strange, allowing him to release sand at speeds too fast for the naked eye to perceive.

Gaara's sand seemed alive. He could control its form as he pleased, transforming it into all kinds of shapes.

Zhi Ge let out a pained roar, his body rolling repeatedly across the ground.

Seeing Zhi Ge injured, a savage expression appeared on Gaara's face.

"Ha ha ha! Zhi Ge, you're still no good!"

Just then, Zhi Ge abruptly rose to his feet, a wave of white energy surging from his body.

"Don't look down on me! Rubber Spiral Shot!!!"

Zhi Ge stretched his fist backward, then twisted his arm, winding it into a corkscrew before spinning it toward Gaara in a strike.

Boom!!!

The Rubber Spiral Shot struck the incoming stones fiercely, kicking up a cloud of dust.

After shattering the stones, Zhi Ge's fist continued onward toward Gaara.

"Thud!!!"

"Did it work?!"

Hearing a tremendous sound from within the dust cloud, Zhi Ge could not help but smile in delight.

Yet when the dust settled, Zhi Ge could no longer smile at all.

His fist had not struck Gaara's body. Instead, it had hit a thick wall of sand before him!

"What the hell is this?!"

Zhi Ge cried out in shock, his expression shifting uncertainly.

The sand wall's defenses were astonishing. When Zhi Ge had rammed it with his fist, as large as a casserole, he had even felt his fist nearly go numb from the recoil!

And such a powerful shield was actually made of sand?

A deep sense of alarm rose in Zhi Ge's heart. He had not expected this guy to be so formidable!

"Shield of Sand!"

Gaara narrowed his eyes, revealing a strange smile.

"This is my unique ability! So? Feeling a little hopeless now?"

Zhi Ge did not answer. His pupils constricted as his aura gradually intensified.

"Hmph!"

Gaara sneered and swept his arm. Another vast wave of sand surged toward Zhi Ge.

"You think that can defeat me? Dream on!" Zhi Ge roared, and an incomparably terrifying aura suddenly erupted from his body!

As he spoke, Kankuro prepared to leave.

However, at that moment, a voice suddenly sounded behind him.

"Zhi Ge! He's telling the truth! Run! This person called Gaara, his chakra is getting stronger and stronger!"

Kankuro suddenly turned around and saw that Hinata, Kiba, and Shino had appeared behind him at some unknown point.

And the one warning Zhi Ge to be careful was Hinata, who had activated her Byakugan!
