The Suddenly Appearing Giant Snake

Hinata saw an incredibly terrifying fluctuation of power within Gaara's chakra pathways!

It was a power she had never seen before!

"What?!"

Zhi Ge's expression changed slightly. He knew the reputation of the Byakugan well enough. Since Hinata had said so, it had to be true.

"Trying to run? Too late! My power is something you can't contend with!"

Gaara roared, grabbing Zhi Ge's right arm as he tried to flee and dragging him back to his side.

"Gaara! I'm begging you! Please stop!"

Kankuro shouted anxiously from the side.

But Gaara seemed not to hear him, still gripping Zhi Ge's right hand tightly.

Gaara released Zhi Ge's arm, bowed to everyone, then turned and walked deep into the woods.

"I had terrible luck earlier and got two Heaven Scrolls. Now I need to find an Earth Scroll to pass this exam!"

"If you don't mind, I have an extra Earth Scroll here. You can take it! Consider it compensation for what happened earlier!"

Kankuro sighed and slowly took an Earth Scroll from his backpack.

"No need! I'll get one with my own strength!"

Zhi Ge declined Kankuro's offer and headed straight into the depths of the forest.
