Whitebeard's towering body, just like Bullet's earlier, was submerged by the surging cold current.
Then, the freezing current solidified the air, forming an ever-thickening layer of solid ice.
Aokiji used Shave beneath his feet, continuously circling the ice sphere that had sealed Whitebeard away and spraying massive amounts of cold air to reinforce and thicken the ice.

A crisp cracking sound reached his ears, and Aokiji's expression changed.
Before his eyes, clear fissures continuously appeared across the enormous ice sphere, which was over ten meters thick.
