Lu Xi encountered the Five Gods battling in Oblivion's Realm and learned that a mysterious infection had driven the Living Tribunal, Infinity, and Death into violence and confusion. Eternity explained how the infection spread and how Death was sent away after turning against the others, while Lu Xi remained trapped near the ongoing battle with the Miniature Universe in his hand.
Lu Xi learned how the Living Tribunal's infection spread and explained that he could advance to the Omniversal level if allowed to leave, but Eternity and Oblivion doubted he would return. The Living Tribunal's attack forced Lu Xi into the battle, where he separated Infinity from the others and offered to hold him back.
Lu Xi used the Devouring Law he had taken from Galactus to suppress Infinity while Eternity and Oblivion warned that Death might also die permanently from the infection. They agreed that Lu Xi would try to save Death after leaving, and the chapter ended as Infinity regained his sanity and joined the assault on the Living Tribunal.
Lu Xi, Eternity, Oblivion, and Infinity attacked the Living Tribunal together but could not defeat him, and Loki destroyed their escape route from Oblivion's Realm. Loki planned to keep both sides trapped and weaken them until he could seize their law authorities.
Eternity and the others struggled to contain the Living Tribunal while Loki's ambushes disrupted their attacks. After Infinity revealed that a wound had left him with only minutes of sanity, he charged the Living Tribunal in a desperate final assault.
Infinity chose to self-destruct in Oblivion's Realm, targeting Loki to weaken the Living Tribunal's side. The explosion tore through the realm, leaving Loki's fate uncertain and severely injuring both Lu Xi and the Living Tribunal.
After Infinity’s sacrifice devastated the Marvel Greater World, Lu Xi confirmed that Loki had died and rushed to claim the Destiny Scepter. The Living Tribunal reappeared and judged that Destiny Access belonged to him, leaving Lu Xi holding the scepter as its power resisted merging with him.
Lu Xi and the Living Tribunal fought over the Destiny Scepter, each absorbing a share of its power. Lu Xi’s strength surged and he injured the Living Tribunal, leaving Eternity and Oblivion with the advantage.
Lu Xi and his allies struggled to locate the injured Living Tribunal, who escaped through his movement authority. The Living Tribunal found Death in the Quantum Realm and extracted most of her authority before Lu Xi arrived, leaving Death apparently lifeless and the conflict unresolved.
After Death vanished, Lu Xi inherited her portion of the Death Authority but still could not reach the Omniversal-level. Eternity and Oblivion offered him their authorities so he could gain every high-level law, asking him to kill the Living Tribunal and try to restore the world; they began transferring their powers to him.
Lu Xi absorbed the Authorities transferred by the cosmic beings and ascended to the Omniversal-level, becoming the Marvel Greater World's [World Master]. He killed the Living Tribunal and realized that the mysteries of OAA's lost control and the Tribunal's mutation had answers beyond the Marvel Greater World.
After defeating the Living Tribunal, Lu Xi reclaimed the remaining Authorities, became the ruler of the Marvel Greater World, and restored the Universes and resurrected the fallen gods. He returned to the Morningstar Universe to relax, while remaining wary of the DC Universe.
The elderly Lucifer had taken control of most of the DC Universe’s authority and explained his plan to seize power in Marvel through his counterpart, Lu Xi. With Lu Xi refusing to come, Lucifer wondered whether the final step had failed or his plan had a flaw.
Lu Xi resisted the summons that he suspected Old Man Lucifer had sent to lure him into a trap. When Old Man Lucifer and OBA attacked the Marvel Universe, Lu Xi fought back and revealed that he had warned rulers across other worlds, many of whom came from legends in his home world.
