• Xuan Zi remained in the Sun Moon Empire while Ye Xishui and Long Xiaoyao investigated how he had killed Zhong Liwu, and Xu Jiawei agreed to help the Holy Spirit Cult hunt him.
• Huo Yuhao publicized Xuan Zi’s imprisonment of Xu Sanshi, and Xue Lingxun found Xu Sanshi in Shrek Academy’s dungeon, prompting Mu En to free him and promise compensation.
• The story of Xu Sanshi’s imprisonment spread despite his denial, and Wu Ming led students in withdrawing from Shrek Academy over its handling of the scandal.

Huo Yuhao captured Xu Jiujiu and helped the Sun Moon Empire overrun Star Luo, while Xuan Zi rallied the Allied Forces and secured Di Tian’s limited support. Huo Yuhao made the Evil Eye Tyrant Overlord his Spirit Soul as Xuan Zi prepared to lure the Sun Moon Army into a trap.

• Xuan Zi destroyed the Holy Spirit Cult headquarters, and Feng Ling identified him as the attacker and planned to draw him out.
• Ji Juechen and Jing Ziyan coerced Liu Feng into betraying the Star Luo Ninth Soul Master Legion commander, allowing the Sun Moon Army to enter Jiangyun City.
• Huo Yuhao defeated Sky Sun and the Allied Forces’ other Titled Douluo, captured Xu Jiujiu and Man Yi, and triggered widespread Allied surrenders.

The arc ended with Zhang Lexuan and her students captured, leaving Mu En to warn the sect that Shrek could no longer lead the enemy to its mountain gate.

• The Sun Moon Army broke through the allied defense line, and Huo Yuhao’s illusion trapped Shi Xing and Gong Changlong’s forces until they surrendered or were killed, while Xuan Zi fled.
• Huo Yuhao captured Xu Jiawei after the Star Luo ruler tried to escape through an imperial tunnel, and Mu En ordered Xuan Zi to remain at Shrek Academy for its coming defense.
