The Tommy Family Takes Action

Lester had simply assumed Snape would be angry, but he hadn't expected that Borgin seemed to hate him even more for being a fake drug dealer.

"Avada Gnaw-the-Melon!"

Lester slightly shifted his body, easily dodging the two incoming spells, and began his counterattack.

It's clear that although both sides used extremely vicious spells, neither intended to kill the other directly.

Snape and Borgin definitely wanted to capture Lester alive and find out who was responsible for dumping the inferior Potions in Knockturn Alley.

Lester's goal was to get them to link the fake medicine incident to Quirrell, thus causing Voldemort some trouble.

So, two groups of people with different motives, but neither intending to really fight, started fighting each other on the streets of Knockturn Alley.

"Disarming Charm!" Snape casually cast a Disarming Charm at Lester.

Lester remained unfazed; Avada Kedavra erupted from the tip of his staff, heading straight for the Disarming Charm.

Snape remained expressionless upon seeing this, but he subtly raised his left hand. As a genius of Dark Magic, Snape's Nonverbal Spell and Wandless Magic was not weak.

Then, a Sectumsempra followed closely behind, rushing swiftly towards Lester.

Sensing the deathly aura emanating from the Sectumsempra, Lester tensed up, instinctively trying to activate Fire Shield Charm to block the fatal blow.

No! This Sectumsempra wasn't aimed at my neck, but rather...

Lester's heart skipped a beat, realizing that none of the professors at Hogwarts were simpletons.

Snape's attack wasn't intended to kill him; he merely hoped to tear his black robes and reveal his true face.

Damn it!

Lester, playing along, cursed angrily and lunged backward to try and dodge the attack. However, while he managed to avoid it, he inadvertently exposed the very top of his hood to the sharp blade of Sectumsempra Wuying.

Pfft!

The black robe was instantly ripped open, and with the cloth removed from his head, the hood could no longer conceal Lester's face.

"Quirrell!?"

Snape was shocked, his wand swinging slowed considerably, and he looked somewhat dumbfounded.

Borgin, who was standing nearby, noticed Professor Snape's unusual behavior and subconsciously slowed down his spellcasting. Professor Snape knew this black-robed wizard who sold fake medicine, and their relationship seemed to be quite close.

As the Head of Slytherin House, Snape was a figure second only to the Wizarding World. Yet, upon seeing the true face of this fake medicine man, he lost his composure so drastically, indicating that the fake medicine man was definitely not simple.

Lester, having achieved his goal, was secretly delighted, but outwardly remained furious, saying, "Are you two out of your minds? All I wanted was to sell you a few bottles of medicine! Is it really necessary to start a fight like this? Believe me, I'll tell my brother and have him teach you a lesson. Let me tell you beforehand, my brother has a terrible temper. He wants to eat a child the moment he opens his eyes every day. The two of you wouldn't even be enough for one of my brother's lunches!"

Having said that, Lester had achieved his goal and was no longer willing to waste time with Professor Snape. Staying any longer would only cause trouble. Now that he had accomplished his objective, it was time to leave.

"Avada!" Another vicious Killing Curse swiftly struck Snape and Borgin.

Unlike before, Lester's Killing Curse wasn't aimed at Snape, but at Borgin.

Moreover, this time Lester went all out, unleashing the Dark Lord's Wand, the Doran's Ring, and his own formidable magical power.

Those words and Snape's reaction made Borgin, the most powerful man in Knockturn Alley, fall into deep thought. For a moment, he didn't expect Lester to take such drastic action.

Seeing the terrifying curse hurtling towards him, Borgin's eyes flashed with panic. He was about to raise his wand to defend himself when he discovered that the Killing Curse was incredibly fast, leaving him no time to block it.

At this critical moment, Snape's calm and composed voice rang out.

"Levicorpus!"

Unlike previous versions of the Levicorpus, this one is clearly an upgraded version of Snape's. Borgin wasn't hanging from the ceiling; instead, he was hanging directly from the wall next to him, which allowed him to escape the attack.

As Snape and Borgin prepared to retaliate, they discovered that 'that bastard Quirrell had vanished long ago.'

After Lester left, Snape and Borgin did not linger and quickly entered the Madman Bar.

Borgin is the current head of the Borgin Family and holds considerable influence within the Fawley Family's Madman Bar, so it was only natural that he entered the private room with Snape.

As soon as he entered the private room, Borgin, who was usually very composed, finally lost his composure.

"Professor, you seem to know that guy who sold fake medicine earlier? Who is he, and how does he have such connections?"

A flicker of fear crossed Borgin's eyes; the Killing Curse he had just suffered had left a significant psychological scar on him.

Snape pondered for a moment, then said without reservation, "He's my colleague."

"Dumbledore's new Defence Against the Dark Arts Professor, I heard he went on an expedition to some forest abroad..."

Time flies; three days have passed since Lester impersonated Quirrell to sell fake medicine.

During these three days, Lester barely went out and returned to his previous state of lying down.

No Muggle-born from the Guild came to him seeking justice; each prisoner in Azkaban had their own goals; and Quirrell had even given him something to do.

Now, Lester has only one goal: to wait for Hogwarts to start.

Meanwhile, the Tommy Family, the dark wizarding family of Knockturn Alley, began their operation.

Inside the Leaky Cauldron, five figures dressed in black robes, with only their eyes visible, huddled in a corner, watching the bar's patrons.

That's right, these people are none other than the Tom Family who bullied the Muggle-born back then.

"Sir, that kid is Quirrell," the burly wizard who had seen Quirrell once pointed to Quirrell drinking in the bar and said, "It must be this guy. I'll remember his face for the rest of my life!"

Despite appearing to be a weak and cowardly character, she unleashes a ruthless Killing Curse. This contrast is sure to leave a lasting impression on the burly wizard.

"This is Quirrell? He doesn't look like much!" The man addressed as "sir" by the burly wizard was none other than the patriarch of the Tommy Family.

The patriarch couldn't let it go so easily after several skilled Dark Magic practitioners his family had supported were killed.

Upon receiving the news, he did not hesitate to personally bring his son and three subordinates over.

"You'll stay close to him. This is Abbott family territory, so it's not safe for us to make a move here. We'll find an opportunity to kill him after he leaves!"
