School Starts
Time flies, and 10 days have passed since Lester performed free vasectomies on the dark wizards.
Since that surgery, Knockturn Alley has been in complete chaos, with black wizards with bloodshot eyes searching for Quirrell every day.
Not only that, even the Fawley Family, who had always remained aloof from the outside world and disdained to participate in ordinary dark wizard battles, got involved.
Their fate was not due to anything else, but because Quirrell had sterilized their family's sole heir!
This is a truly devastating feud that could wipe out their lineage! If they don't retrieve those two life orbs in time, the Fawley Family will be extinct!
The young man was only 18 years old, fresh out of Hogwarts, and going through a rebellious phase. He thought he was invincible, so he took on the mission of hunting down Quirrell right from the start. Unfortunately, he ran into Lester and was forced to have his tubes tied.
The Fawley Family has now declared that Quirrell must hand over the Life Orb of the family heir, or else it will be a fight to the death!
And so began the long-running chase for Quirrell.
Fortunately, while these dark wizards were chasing Quirrell, they were still somewhat rational and knew that Lester was not someone to be trifled Quirrell, so the Guild was not affected and remained as peaceful as ever.
"Put on a pair of protective gloves!"
"<Standard Book of Spells, Beginner>, equip!"
"<A Beginner's Guide to Transfiguration>, install it!"
Inside the living room, Lester was carefully placing the items he needed for school into the Undetectable Extension Bag, one by one, according to the list on his acceptance letter.
Needless to say, Lester simply bought a large gift pack from the bookstore—a Hogwarts first-year textbook gift pack containing all the textbooks needed for first year.
There are also various supplies needed for practical classes, such as Dragonhide Gloves, crucibles, and school uniforms.
By the way, Hogwarts allows new students to bring one pet, and Lester doesn't have any other pets besides his gifted little owl.
"Toto, stop eating and come here right now, we're going to Hogwarts!"
"Coo coo coo!!!"
Inside the luxurious birdcage, Toto lay comfortably on a specially made Simmons bed, a hint of spring radiance on his little face, his big eyes filled with a dreamy and comfortable look. Above him, a small tube of purple medicine was suspended above Toto's head, dripping a drop of purple solution every second, which then entered Toto's mouth.
"Didn't I tell you to stay away from that bastard Scarface? You even dared to take the drugs he gave you. Do you want to become a sickly eagle?"
Lester, looking annoyed, grabbed Toto by the neck and lifted Toto up.
"Coo coo coo!!!"
Ignoring Toto's dissatisfaction, Lester shoved Toto into the backpack behind him and quickly zipped it up.
The backpack is custom-made with several small ventilation holes inside, so Toto won't suffocate inside. There's also a transparent plastic window on the back of the backpack, allowing Toto to look outside and avoid getting Toto.
"Hafiz said he was coming to pick me up, why hasn't he arrived yet?"
After installing Toto, Lester lay down on the sofa in the living room and started counting light bulbs at the ceiling.
A few days ago, Hafiz, Hafiz's top henchman, volunteered to take me to Platform Nine and Three-Quarters and said he had a surprise for me.
To be honest, Lester seriously doubted Hafiz's intelligence; he doubted whether Hafiz would actually lead him astray. As for the surprise Hafiz mentioned, well, surprises are everywhere in a fool's eyes, and Lester had absolutely no expectations.
A few minutes later, the fireplace in the living room suddenly burst into flames, and then a middle-aged man dressed in Auror clothing suddenly appeared in the fireplace, dusted off non-existent dust, and came to Lester.
"Lord Lai, I've come to take you to Hogwarts!" Although Hafiz wasn't the brightest, he wasn't stupid. After working in the organization for so many years, although his position wasn't high, his skill in flattery was quite adept.
"I told all the Azkaban students that when they heard you were going to Hogwarts, they all said they wanted to send you off!"
"However, I didn't dare to make decisions on my own, so I came alone first. I wanted to ask for your opinion. This is the itinerary that Sang Biao and I planned. Please take a look."
Upon receiving the itinerary from Hafiz, Lester immediately noticed the large characters at the very top.
[1: Charter the entire Hogwarts Express as his private car to take Lord Lai to Hogwarts]
[2: Set up a large stage at the entrance of a London train station to celebrate for three days and three nights]
[3: Prepare a welcoming party in Hogsmeade in advance, and greet Lord Lai when Lord Lai passes by.]
[4: All the schools in the Thievery ride flying broomsticks to provide 24-hour protection for the Hogwarts Express, ensuring Lord Lai's safe arrival at Hogwarts.]
[5: Scarface said he would represent all the Potions students to distribute free Potions in Knockturn Alley to celebrate Lord Lai's enrollment.]
Lester: "..."
"Hafiz," Lester put down the list in his hand and asked casually, "Did you and Sang Biao make this list together? I don't think Sang Biao and his gang are the type to do something like this!"
Hafiz was delighted upon hearing this; it was a sign that Lord Lai liked him and was going to praise him!
"Lord Lai, you actually found out. I was originally going to give Sang Biao and the others some credit, but I didn't expect you to have such a discerning eye. Even though I hid it so well, you still noticed it right away. That's right, apart from Scarface's Potions distribution, which he insisted on adding, the rest of this plan was all designed by me for you."
"Although I didn't sleep for three days and three nights straight for this plan, as long as you, Lord Lai, are satisfied, it's all worth it!!!"
After listening, Lester remained silent for a long time, only looking at Hafiz with a somewhat annoyed expression.
Having you makes me truly proud!
"The plan is not bad," Lester said somewhat dishonestly.
After all, he spent so much time trying to please me, and even though his brain still doesn't work as well as ever, I still have to encourage him.
A philosopher once said that when you meet a fool, don't argue with him, because a fool will never understand what you're saying. Instead, encourage him and make him a complete fool.
After considering his words, Lester said, "The plan is good, but it's too extravagant. We're still in the early stages; how can we be so wasteful?"
"Here's what we'll do: keep this plan for now, and you can refine it further. When I become the Hogwarts Headmaster, you can use it."
"Now, just use Apparition to take me to Platform Nine and Three-Quarters!"
