At that moment, all of Azkaban had lost its previous cold gloom and instead become blazing with fervor.
Every prisoner, no matter what crime had brought them here, was driven by those around them to frantically pound on the iron bars. Their impassioned eyes seemed to say they could not wait to escape this damned cage, follow Lester's footsteps, and liberate the Ministry of Magic.
Lester heard their unrest, and he also heard the calls from the depths of their hearts.
He knew his speech had succeeded!
The emotions of these prisoners had already been stirred up. Now was the perfect time to storm the Ministry of Magic and unleash a massacre!
"Fight for freedom!!!"
Lester abruptly spread his arms wide, opening them toward the prisoners in the cells.
In an instant, an enormous mass of blue Fiendfyre surged straight out of his chest.
Whoosh!!!
The howling roar of the blazing Fiendfyre, the moment it appeared, actually drowned out some of the prisoners' wild cheers!
The instant that hellish magical fire appeared, every prisoner instinctively stopped breathing. Then, moments later, they immediately erupted into even more fervent applause.
Though Lester's impassioned speech was indeed inspiring, the Wizarding World ultimately still spoke through strength.
And Lester's terrifying wandless Fiendfyre had already conquered every prisoner present.
But it was not over yet. The fireball Lester had released grew larger and larger in the air, eventually occupying a quarter of the prison's central area.
Even though the prisoners were still confined within their cells, they were merely an arm's length away from the Fiendfyre, which hung like a blazing sun.
Boom!
Suddenly, a massive explosion rang out abruptly within Azkaban. The enormous Fiendfyre fireball actually exploded in midair.
The bursting giant Fiendfyre split into dozens of glowing clusters, which flew in an orderly fashion toward the iron doors of the cells.
Then, beneath the prisoners' expectant and incredulous gazes, they effortlessly burned through the iron doors that had imprisoned them for years, granting them true freedom!!!
"This..."
Even Sang Biao, who had now become a lump of useless flesh, could not close his mouth in shock when he saw Lester use Fiendfyre to open the doors.
Even he, a top Dark wizard proficient in Dark magic, could not accomplish such a feat. Yet Lester, a mere ten-year-old child, had done it with ease. How could he not be astonished?
"Perhaps he truly can change the Wizarding World's current state."
Sang Biao admitted that Lester's impassioned speech had indeed set his blood boiling.
But realistically speaking, he had not believed Lester could achieve anything.
After all, Lester was still too young. Though he had demonstrated extraordinary talent in speech and swaying people's hearts, the Wizarding World ultimately still valued strength.
Without sufficient strength, no matter how popular your thoughts and ideals were, you could only become a pawn in the hands of the powerful rather than a player moving the pieces.
But now, Lester's unparalleled control over magic told Sang Biao that this boy could make something of himself, even if he was only ten years old.
"Unfortunately, I offended him in the end..."
The moment Sang Biao thought of how he had once wanted to assassinate Lester, his expression dimmed.
From the single day he had spent in Azkaban, he could tell that Lester was absolutely ruthless.
The only reason Lester had spared his life instead of killing him was to torment him.
"If only this monster Lester had been born thirty years earlier..."
If Lester had been born thirty years earlier, with his peerless magical strength and his speaking talent that could effortlessly sway people's hearts, how could Voldemort ever have had the chance to rise? Even those arrogantly overbearing Pure-blood nobles of today would likely have been kneeling at Lester's feet.
Then, when he was young, he would not have had to become the Khalifa Lineage's dog in order to learn more profound magic.
Perhaps he could even have secured some minor official post in the Ministry of Magic under Lester's control.
Unfortunately, it was too late to say any of that now. Lester had already risen to power, while he himself had become a cripple...
Just as Sang Biao was giving himself up to despair, he suddenly felt all the sounds around him fall silent.
Now reduced to a vegetable who could only lie in bed, Sang Biao felt a shadow fall over him.
When Sang Biao looked closely, the visitor was actually the very Lester he had been thinking about!
Looking at Lester's expressionless face, Sang Biao's heart went utterly cold.
If he was not mistaken, Lester had come to find him at this moment because he intended to kill him as a sacrifice to the banner, to raise morale.
"Ah, I really wanted to experience that glorious age you spoke of!"
Faced with death, Sang Biao felt no fear. Instead, he felt only profound regret.
When he had entered the Wizarding World, it had happened to be during the era when Pure-blood wizards ran rampant. He had suffered the bullying of Pure-blood wizards since childhood, and even after growing up, he had still needed to serve them like an ox or a horse.
Sang Biao had long had enough of this utterly rotten Wizarding World. It was muddled and hopeless; he could only become a blade in the nobles' hands, clearing away every enemy for them.
Then, once the blade rusted, the nobles would ruthlessly discard it...
"Lord Lester, if there is another chance, in my next life I will definitely follow you and see the Wizarding World you spoke of, where everyone is equal and Muggles and wizards alike can live with dignity!"
With that thought, Sang Biao resignedly closed his eyes and waited for death to come.
"Come on, kill me. If my death can hasten the arrival of that glorious age and let the dark Wizarding World see daylight again, then I, Sang Biao, will die without regrets!"
Just as Sang Biao wore a tragic expression and prepared to offer his life for Lester's cause of overthrowing the Ministry of Magic, Lester, who had been secretly watching him, was completely baffled.
"Why is this guy's expression so dramatic?"
Because Lester had no idea about Sang Biao's rich inner turmoil, Sang Biao looked like a lunatic with something wrong in his head to him.
One moment, the corners of his mouth would lift into a baffling smile. The next, he would look bitter, as if both his parents had died.
And now it was even worse. He wore the expression of someone nobly marching to his death, as though dying for a worthy cause. It left Lester, who had wanted to bring Sang Biao under his command, thoroughly confused.
"Should I even recruit him as a lackey?"
Lester hesitated. His only subordinate, Hafiz, had already been confirmed to be somewhat slow in the head.
But Hafiz was meant to serve as his shield, and being a little dumb made him easier to control, so Lester had put up with it.
But Sang Biao before him was powerful; Lester had intended to recruit him as a fighter. If his head was not right too, would there be any normal people left under Lester's command?
