"Not bad, Dementor." As he watched seven messages flash across the light screen before him, Lester's expression brightened.
He had not expected Dementors to be useful like this, helping him intimidate other prisoners and gain Fear Points.
Lester had originally despised dark creatures like Dementors, but now it seemed that using them as guards in prison was not without its advantages.
The burly man, who had just been stabbed in the thigh again, was in excruciating pain, his entire face twisted out of shape.
But with the Dementor still glaring at him menacingly, the burly man could only endure the intense pain in silence.
Only his wildly trembling body revealed his suffering.
Standing invisibly beside the burly man's bed, Lester wore a sinister smile.
After what he had done to this burly man, he had probably made an enemy for life.
Since he had already made an enemy for life, he might as well finish the job!
Lester understood the principle of uprooting the grass and eliminating the roots.
Gripping the stone knife tightly, Lester viciously stabbed the burly man in the stomach again.
The sharp knife instantly sliced through the skin of the burly man's belly and plunged deep into his body.
"Squelch!"
The sound of the knife entering flesh rang out abruptly through the room, making everyone's hearts tremble again.
"Boss, please stop." Seeing the burly man's miserable state, many prisoners trembled in terror.
Lester might have looked small, but he was truly ruthless.
The Dementor was still standing right there, yet he was stabbing someone with a knife. Wasn't that a little too brazen?
Hearing the commotion, the Dementor slowly withdrew its outstretched foot, gradually turned around, and looked directly at the suffering burly man.
The burly man truly had no way to voice his misery. He knew that staying silent before a Dementor was the best way to save his life, but Lester kept stabbing him with a knife.
Under the Dementor's gaze, the burly man clenched his teeth tightly and forced himself not to make a sound.
One second, two seconds, three seconds.
The burly man endured the pain stubbornly and did not utter a single sound until the Dementor turned away.
"Whew!" Seeing the Dementor's departing back, both the burly man and the other prisoners instinctively let out a sigh of relief.
But then...
A white pillow from one of the lower bunks floated into the air out of nowhere, then smashed violently toward the Dementor's back.
"No!!!"
Because Lester had injured the burly man's eyes, he had no idea what had happened.
But the other inmates in the cell clearly saw a pillow flying at the Dementor.
Watching the pillow still flying through the air, the other six prisoners felt like dying.
They had thought that with a ten-year-old child arriving in the cell, they could bully him for fun and add some amusement to their dull lives.
Who would have thought that this little brat truly dared to strike, and every move he made was lethal.
The rapidly flying pillow passed straight through the Dementor's body and slammed heavily into the wall in front of it.
Seeing this, everyone in the cell held their breaths in fear, curling themselves into balls as much as possible to avoid being caught up in the Dementor's rage.
Sure enough, after the pillow passed viciously through its body, the Dementor froze for a moment before anger gradually appeared on its face.
It had not expected that, in a place like Azkaban, there would actually be a prisoner daring enough to attack it.
Accompanied by gusts of chilling wind, the Dementor suddenly turned around and looked toward where the pillow had come from.
There, it saw the burly man covered in wounds, lying on the bed with a terrified expression.
"Woooooo!!!!"
The enraged Dementor immediately concluded that the burly man was the prisoner who had attacked it with the pillow.
After all, only the burly man could reach the pillow, and there was no one beside him. If he had not thrown it, could an invisible person have done it?
According to the rules of the Dementors and the Ministry of Magic, if a prisoner attacked an Azkaban guard,
the Dementor serving as the guard had the right to consume that prisoner's soul. Thinking that it would soon feast on a delicious soul, the Dementor's mood improved considerably.
Wrapped in a tattered cloak, the Dementor slowly floated toward the burly man. Its ragged cloak billowed without wind, rustling loudly.
The burly man lay on the bed, clutching his wounds and trembling in agony, when his entire body suddenly stiffened.
He felt an icy presence constantly drawing nearer, as though he had fallen into a bottomless frozen abyss. He felt unbearably cold.
Having served more than a year in Azkaban, the burly man knew that this was what it felt like when a Dementor approached.
"No!" As the Dementor drew closer and closer, the burly man ignored even the wounds still bleeding all over his body and kept retreating.
Only when he could retreat no farther and felt the wall behind him did he stop.
The Dementor beside him was in no hurry to consume his soul. Instead, it began playing a game of cat and mouse, watching the burly man retreat in fear.
Finally, the burly man, who had been struggling to retreat, exhausted all his strength and collapsed limply in the corner of the bed as though he had accepted his fate.
"Woooooo!"
Seeing that the burly man had stopped struggling, the Dementor lost interest as well and slowly floated to his side.
Its tattered black cloak slowly enveloped the burly man's head, while the Dementor pressed its entire face against his.
Witnessing such a terrifying scene, everyone in the cell trembled violently in fear.
"Dementor's Kiss!!"
As a dark creature, the Dementor possessed an innately terrifying ability: the Dementor's Kiss.
It could consume human souls and turn them into nourishment for itself.
A human whose soul was consumed by a Dementor would become like a walking corpse, losing all awareness and living out the rest of life in a muddle until death arrived.
Soon, the burly man whose head was shrouded by the black cloak trembled violently, then lost all signs of life.
Clearly, the burly man, believed to have ambushed a guard, had had his soul consumed by the Dementor.
Only after the satisfied Dementor closed the cell door and turned to leave did everyone in the cell finally breathe a true sigh of relief.
However, even though the Dementor had left, they still did not dare lower their guard.
They had not forgotten that there was still someone even more terrifying than a Dementor in the prison, watching them with predatory intent.
He could turn invisible and evade a Dementor's gaze. He was ruthless and vicious, every strike fatal.
Even though they could not see the invisible Lester now, they knew that from this day onward, Azkaban had welcomed a true king.
A true king who was only ten years old, yet could make other utterly evil prisoners tremble in fear!
