prime minister. "???"

Seemingly sensing the Muggle Prime Minister's confusion, Minister Bano explained, "This is a potion unique to us wizards. Simply put a person's hair into it, shake it, and drink it all, and you will transform into that person's likeness."

Simply put in someone else's hair, shake it, drink it all, and you can transform into that person's appearance. What kind of magical potion is this?

Upon hearing about the potency of the medicine, the Prime Minister hesitated.

It's not surprising that the Prime Minister acted this way. The wizarding wars sparked by Grindelwald in recent times were so massive that, in order to prove their innocence, the British Wizarding World gradually reduced its ties with the Muggle government.

In fact, if it weren't for the fact that every prime minister could learn about national secrets from MI6, the prime minister wouldn't even know that these wizards existed.

"So, you're willing to trade these twenty bottles of magical potions for building materials?"

The Prime Minister asked Minister Bano with some disbelief. In his view, although the building materials were not cheap, these twenty bottles of magical potions were simply priceless.

By exchanging valuable building materials for priceless Polyjuice Potion, the prime minister doesn't actually lose out!

"Of course," Minister Bano said, his disdain for the Prime Minister palpable.

Muggle are just Muggle, they've never seen anything like this before. A few bottles of Polyjuice Potion got them this excited. If I ever gave them something really good, wouldn't they be begging me to kneel down?

Of course, even though Minister Bano harbored deep disdain for the Prime Minister, he maintained a nonchalant demeanor, handing the Prime Minister a list of materials and saying, "These are all we need."

Taking the materials list handed to him by Minister Bano, the Prime Minister glanced at the enormous amount of supplies required and then, without changing his expression, said, "Deal."

Although these materials seem enormous, they are nothing compared to the vast majority of materials a world power can handle. He only needs to say a few words and tons of materials will be delivered immediately, without much effort at all.

"But is this really enough?" the Prime Minister asked casually at the last moment.

Minister Bano, unsuspecting and still basking in the joy of exchanging 20 bottles of Polyjuice Potion for so many materials, replied without hesitation, "This has all been calculated by our specialists; we absolutely will not take more than what you Muggle need."

Ignoring Minister Bano's use of the Muggle designation, the Prime Minister's eyes flickered, and he said in a feignedly stingy manner, "That's good, that's good."

Now that the deal with the Muggle Prime Minister has been struck, Minister Bano has no desire to stay here any longer.

To Muggle, the Prime Minister's office might seem like an incredibly prestigious and mysterious place, but to this wizard, it was simply a Muggle's residence.

As to whether his giving the Prime Minister these 20 bottles of Polyjuice Potion violated the law, Minister Bano stated that doctors are exempt from legal punishment.

Can you use laws you made to govern yourself? That would be a joke!

So, until Bano left with the fireplace, he was still feeling quite pleased with himself, completely unaware that he had revealed a great deal of information.

Sure enough, as soon as Bano left the fireplace, the Prime Minister couldn't wait to take off his top hat, revealing a very high-tech helmet that was flashing various lights inside.

Meanwhile, a large number of Royal Think Tank in suits rushed in and began tactical discussions right there in the Prime Minister's office.

Indeed, the moment Minister Bano appeared through the fireplace, the guards responsible for overseeing the Prime Minister's safety noticed the unusual activity in the office through their surveillance cameras.

If we're talking about cunning, Minister Bano is certainly talented, but compared to Muggle World officials like them, Bano shrewdness is laughable, like that of a baby.

Simply by observing Minister Bano ' facial expressions and manner of speaking, along with the crucial ingredient list, these top talents from England were able to deduce the situation of that mysterious wizarding world.

For example, the ingredient list reveals from Bano that they need materials to rebuild the Ministry of Magic. This means that they can use the ingredient list to determine the size and staffing of this wizarding government.

Meanwhile, information such as the prisoner riots suggests that the Wizarding World is not at peace, and there is likely another force opposing the Ministry of Magic's legitimate government.

In addition, the earthquake in central London made it clear that the Ministry of Magic was built directly beneath London city center.

Furthermore, the fact that even basic building materials need to be purchased from them indicates that the number of wizards must be small; otherwise, they would certainly not lack such basic materials.

Those in power have a strong desire for control, and these Muggle officials naturally wouldn't allow an uncontrolled force to roam freely in England society. Therefore, they have always wanted to understand this mysterious Wizarding World.

Unfortunately, the probability of producing a wizard is extremely small. To this day, none of the offspring of these high-ranking individuals possess wizarding talent.

This resulted in them knowing very little about the mysterious world of Wizarding World. However, now, through their first contact, this group of people has almost figured out the Wizarding World just by having a conversation with the rulers of the Wizarding World.

Just as this group of think tanks was intensely discussing how to eliminate the wizards with minimal casualties should war break out, the fire in the fireplace in the Prime Minister's office suddenly began to flicker violently, and then three figures emerged from the fireplace.

Suddenly, three wizards still wearing their robes and a group of think tank members in suits met in the Prime Minister's office, looking completely bewildered.

Since this think tank didn't expect a wizard to visit at this time, their tactical plans were laid bare on their desks.

Lester glanced at it and saw the words "Potential for a bunker buster to destroy the Ministry of Magic" in bold letters on the A4 paper.

Lester: "..."

Royal Think Tank: "..."

Muggle Prime Minister: "..."

The Muggle Prime Minister looked at Lester and his two companions, who were dressed in ancient black wizarding robes, and then at the black and white papers on the table, filled with tactical plans on how to eliminate wizards. He was completely dumbfounded.

Not only were the Muggle dumbfounded, but Lester was the most bewildered. Looking at the inferior Polyjuice Potion carefully placed aside, and then at the table full of battle plans on how to eliminate wizards, Lester felt that he had come at the wrong time.

The Prime Minister, somewhat embarrassed, looked at the dumbfounded Lester and his two companions, casually pulled the top hat off the table, and asked, "Didn't your minister just come by? What are you doing here...?"

For some reason, the Prime Minister had a feeling that these three people weren't part of the same group as the Minister for Magic from earlier.

If Bano's attire resembled that of a modern Britain, then these three men in black wizard robes looked like medieval dark wizards from a fairy tale.
