At Gao Jing's question, Yue Zhong cast him an expressionless glance.

Ling Long handed Gao Jing a freshly baked flatbread and explained, "Our team's Void Equipment was damaged during our last mission. We don't have enough Merit Points to exchange for a new one yet, so we can only make do for now."

Void Equipment was simply too expensive, especially for Giants. After all, crafting a piece of Void Equipment suited for a Giant required materials calculated in the thousands.

Although Dawn Blade was an elite team under the Staff of Judgment, Void Equipment was not standard issue. It could only be exchanged at the Hall of Ten Thousand Wizards with sufficient team Merit Points.

And Void Equipment was not indestructible. Accidentally damaging it in battle was perfectly normal.

Without Void Equipment, the supplies Dawn Blade could carry on missions were very limited.

They certainly could not be too particular about food.

"Then eat mine."

Without hesitation, Gao Jing took a hanging pot and ingredients from his storage space.

Besides the Copper Anchor, Gao Jing had other Void Equipment as well. There was no longer any need for him to hide it away.

Although he was still only a reserve member of Dawn Blade, Yue Zhong, Huo Zhu, and the sisters Ling Xiu and Ling Long had all left him with a very good impression.

In fact, by following this team, Gao Jing had not only broadened his horizons but also learned quite a few things.

Revealing his Void Equipment now was not to show off, but to better integrate into the team.

"You have Void Equipment?"

Ling Xiu, who was sitting nearby, brightened. "That's great!"
