After getting out of the taxi, Liu Xingtai said to Gao Jing with no small amount of pride, "The starting price for even a small private room inside is ten thousand."

Gao Jing smiled. "Then I really ought to see it for myself."

Holding his girlfriend's hand as they headed toward the entrance, Liu Xingtai sighed. "Did Hao Sheng take the wrong medicine? He actually invited us here to have fun. Did he win the lottery or something?"

"He's doing far better than you are!"

Wang Lixuan could not help rolling her eyes at him. "Does someone have to win the jackpot before they can sing at Crown?"

Liu Xingtai scratched his head sheepishly.

As they spoke, the group of four entered Crown KTV.

The resplendent, glittering lobby stunned both Wang Lixuan and Qiao Rongrong, who were visiting for the first time.

Led by a waitress, everyone arrived at a private room on the third floor.

Crown truly deserved its top-tier reputation. The room was enormous, with lavish decor and furnishings that screamed luxury. Even the LCD screens were over a hundred inches, and the sound system was from a world-renowned brand.

Two rows of curved, off-white leather sofas surrounded a long black crystal coffee table, where some twenty or thirty men and women were seated.

A three-tier cake stood in the center. Festive colored lights hung from the ceiling, while LED lights reading "Happy Birthday" glittered brightly.

Beside the sofas sat beautifully wrapped boxes of all sizes, along with flowers.

At the sight of this, Liu Xingtai and Wang Lixuan, who had just entered, were both taken aback.
