After reading them, all three fell silent.

"Old man, do you have anything else to say?"

"I'm sorry, Tsunade! This was my failure as Hokage. I have failed the Uzumaki Clan. But I truly knew nothing about these matters!"

Hiruzen Sarutobi lowered his head like a quail, while the two advisers' faces were as dark as the bottom of a pot.

Tsunade grabbed several more scrolls but failed to find the information she wanted.

"Root also captured two Uzumaki children. Where are they?"

Tsunade demanded furiously.

The three of them were startled. This still was not over?

"Elephant! Tell me immediately, where is the scroll that records those two children?"

Tsunade seized Elephant by the throat, glaring at him with killing intent!

"L-Lady Tsunade, it's here."

Elephant hurriedly raised an arm and pulled another scroll from his ninja tool pouch.

What this scroll recorded was simply too vile. Elephant had not dared to take it out at first. Even he had found it hard to accept after reading it, and feelings he should not have had had arisen within him.

Tsunade tore open the scroll and skimmed through it quickly.

"So this is the fine work you did!"

Tsunade viciously hurled the torn scroll to the floor and stormed out the door.

Hiruzen Sarutobi silently picked up the scroll. After reading it, his vision went dark, and he collapsed onto the floor.

Danzō, you bastard! You've been dead for so long, and you still haven't cleaned up your shit? I really want to dig up your grave and whip your corpse. Too bad you died without even a hair left behind. You won't even give this old man a chance to vent.

If Hiruzen Sarutobi had known Danzō had left several more traps behind, he probably would have desperately learned Impure World Reincarnation just to drag out the other man's soul and vent his fury!

For example, Asuma being killed by the Akatsuki Organization, the later incident where Pain destroyed the village, and so on!

Perhaps Danzō had put Konoha first. But that Konoha was merely a Konoha ruled by his will! He lacked magnanimity, had narrow vision, insufficient strength, and extreme methods. He was wildly ambitious, yet inept at political maneuvering.

A man like that was utterly unfit to stand in a position of power in Konoha. To any faction, he was undoubtedly a great disaster.

Koharu Utatane and Homura Mitokado silently picked up the scroll.

It recorded the deaths of two Uzumaki children, who had died in Wood Release human experiments.

Both Wood Release and human experimentation touched Tsunade's reverse scale. Not to mention that the test subjects had been children of the Uzumaki Clan.

Tsunade returned to the capital of the Land of Fire looking dispirited, carrying liquor with her.

Doichi Hyuga said with a smile before swiftly leaving the courtyard.

Tsunade followed after him, drinking from the bottle as she went.

Once they entered a forest, Doichi Hyuga stopped.

After draining the last mouthful, Tsunade viciously smashed the bottle against the ground.

Like a human bulldozer, Tsunade barreled toward Doichi Hyuga.

With a move that used four ounces to deflect a thousand pounds, Doichi Hyuga lifted Tsunade and tossed her behind him.

With a bang, Tsunade crashed through a large tree.

Heaven-Shattering Kick!

Tsunade got to her feet, leaped up, and stomped down.

Doichi Hyuga raised a hand and used Lazily Tying the Sparrow's Tail, bracing her waist and leg before spinning several times to dissipate the force.

His arms snapped and shook, sending Tsunade flying. She spun more than a dozen times before landing on her butt in the Falling Wild Goose Form.

"Damn brat! Is this your real strength?"

After suffering losses for two exchanges, Tsunade stopped charging in with all her strength.

She rushed forward again, both fists striking out left and right as their power constantly shifted and changed.

"You've improved, Senior Tsunade!"

Doichi Hyuga's eyes lit up as he teased her with a smile.

Doichi Hyuga widened his stance, his hands pulling left and pressing right, pushing forward and plucking back.

He threw Tsunade off balance, leaving her swaying like a lotus leaf in the wind.

"Amazing! Big Brother Doichi is incredible!"

Karin and Haku's eyes sparkled with little stars.

"Lady Tsunade!"

Black-stocking little A—no, Shizune. Shizune watched Tsunade sway back and forth, deeply worried.

Doichi Hyuga found an opening and hooked out a foot, causing Tsunade to fall backward. He followed up with another kick to her rear, sending her shooting away.

Tsunade reacted quickly and hugged the tree in front of her, landing lightly on the ground.

"You brat, are you deliberately going against me? What taijutsu are you using? This isn't the Hyuga Clan's Gentle Fist."

Tsunade rubbed her chest, her face darkening. That hurts. It didn't get damaged, did it?

Her monstrous strength was completely ineffective. The harder she exerted herself, the worse she was hurt. Not only had she failed to land a single blow, but Doichi Hyuga had not suffered even the slightest injury. That was what angered her most!

"Senior's taijutsu is too simple and brutal. It works well against rookies, but it's hard to be effective against true taijutsu masters."

Unconvinced, Tsunade charged again like a rampaging tyrannosaur.

The two exchanged punches and kicks, becoming entangled in battle once more.

Doichi Hyuga used Cloud Hands to push aside her fists, then swung a hammering strike toward Tsunade's head.

Tsunade shuddered and quickly leaned back to evade it.

The hammer strike hit a large tree. With a creak, the tree fell, sawdust scattering everywhere from the broken section.

One punch had shattered the trunk, reducing it to powder.

"Amazing!"

The three onlookers went pale, their mouths wide enough to fit a duck egg.

If that punch had landed, her internal organs would have been reduced to fragments, right?

Tsunade stepped forward sharply and reached out with both hands for Doichi Hyuga.

Doichi Hyuga ducked beneath her hands, driving his right arm straight into her lower body. He spread his arms and used Erlang Carrying the Mountain to flip Tsunade into the air.

"Damn it, I'm done fighting."

Tsunade climbed to her feet and turned to walk back.

When everyone entered the living room, Tsunade was drinking again.

"Human nature is like this. At its best, it resembles an angel; at its worst, it surpasses an evil ghost."

Doichi Hyuga sighed.

"Senior, doing this is meaningless. The world never changes according to an individual's will. If you want to gain something, you always have to lose something first."

Doichi Hyuga dropped onto the sofa and smiled.

"Brat, speak plainly."

"Drinking cannot change reality, aside from giving you a hangover. If you're dissatisfied with the current situation and want to change it, you need to take action."

"Hmph! Why don't you take action? You adopted them, yet you have to do it in secret because you're afraid others will find out. I may be dissatisfied, but aren't you as well?"

Tsunade sneered.

"Haha! I am dissatisfied, but I don't want to change anything. I'm a leaf carried by the wind, unable to change anything. But you're different. You're already a great tree."

Doichi Hyuga said with a smile.

"Whoever wants to be Hokage can be Hokage... Fine! Enough nonsense. All of you, come drink with me."

Rena Uzumaki sent the two children off to sleep, then silently sat down beside the drinking table.

"Senior Rena, your health is poor. You should go rest! Shizune and I are enough."

Doichi Hyuga said.

After hearing this, Tsunade waved a hand as well, signaling for Rena Uzumaki to leave.
