Naturally, he was given a stern scolding.

Faced with Tsume Inuzuka's concerned reprimand, Ye Fan lowered his head and accepted it.
However, his decision would not change. He had never needed the Inuzuka Clan's protection.
Knowing Aunt Tsume's fiery temper, Ye Fan did not take it to heart and kept a smile on his face throughout.
He even handed her a glass of water, worried that her throat might get dry from all the talking.
Faced with Ye Fan like this, Tsume Inuzuka knew that continuing would only waste her breath, so she said irritably:
"Fine. You're no longer a child. Since you've made up your mind, I won't force you anymore. Just remember that the Inuzuka Clan will always be behind you."
