Just moments ago, Sasuke Uchiha had leapt into the air and flung three kunai at once, all of them striking the bullseye.
"What's so impressive about that? I can do it too."
Naruto Uzumaki, who always had to compete with Sasuke Uchiha, naturally refused to accept that. He copied him and threw three kunai at once.
Unfortunately, he was nowhere near Sasuke Uchiha's level.
Forget three kunai—even with one kunai, he had trouble hitting the target.

The three kunai flew out of control.
By sheer coincidence, one of them flew toward Sakura Haruno.

With the sound of metal colliding, Sasuke Uchiha threw out a kunai that struck the one flying toward Sakura Haruno.
"Are you trying to kill me, Naruto?"
Sakura Haruno immediately flew into a rage. Clenching her fists, she strode up to Naruto Uzumaki and punched him in the head. Still not satisfied, she kicked him twice more.
Naruto Uzumaki was rather thick-skinned, and since it really had been his mistake, he was not angry at Sakura Haruno's actions. Instead, he repeatedly apologized.
"Sakura, listen to me. I didn't do it on purpose."
"I think you did it on purpose!"
Sakura Haruno raised her voice, showing Naruto Uzumaki no kindness at all.
They had graduated from the Ninja Academy some time ago, but Sakura Haruno still refused to accept the fact that Naruto Uzumaki was on the same team as her.
In her eyes, practically anyone would have been far better than Naruto Uzumaki.
Still, fortunately, Sasuke Uchiha—the one she admired—was on the same team as her.
