The door slowly opened, and black deathly energy rushed out, stirring up a cold wind.

The room was pitch-black, so dark that they could not see their hands in front of their faces. It felt eerie.

Roy Sophie summoned his courage and was about to step inside, but Katelyle stopped him.

"Master Katelyle, what are you doing?" Roy Sophie asked in confusion.

The corners of Katelyle's mouth lifted slightly. He stood quietly in place, letting the darkness surge toward him. The Holy Light around his body remained unwavering, tearing through every last shred of darkness.

The undead were torn apart by the light amid the darkness, and the darkness vanished along with them.

A figure also came into Katelyle's view.

He sat on a throne, wearing a crown on his head and a golden ring on his finger, giving off a cold, sinister aura.

What was even more surprising and shocking was that, judging by his bones, he stood a full six feet tall. His skeleton looked nothing like that of a dwarf.
